SCHEDULE `A' PART-I (CONSTRUCTION OF ARTIFICIAL LAKES)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil. (Excavated earth will be deposited for filling at the back side of retaining wall and neatly dressed and levelled

Earth work in excavation by mechinical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 15 m, including geeting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil for retaining wall.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 course aggregate sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level.

Providing and laying cement concrete on retaining wall for coping using 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm graded) 80 mm thick

Pointing on stone work in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) flush/ruled pointing

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. M.S. tube. 40 mm medium grade hollow square bar and design approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering all works upto plinth level. Using 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 60 mm thick

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level for fixing of railing using 1: 1.50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.150 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm size)

SCHEDULE `A' PART-II (CONSTRUCTION OF AREA DRAIN)

Removing of existing sludge from existing kachcha drain by mannual labour including loading, unloading and staking for a lead less than 0.50 km.

Dressing of sides of existing kachcha drain i.e (Earth work in excavation by mannual means for drains (not exceedip 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m.

Filling of bottom of drain to decrease the depth of existing kacca drain & maintain the slope. Filling. (Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth including royanglty by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km) also including raming and watering of earth in layers not eceeding cum thick each layer etc completed. ( av thickness of filling = 40 Cm).
