Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks / cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Extra for brick work in: a) Square or rectangular pillars (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Extra for half brick masonry in superstructure, above floor V level for every four floors or part thereof by mechanical means (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, including all leads and lift. a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 fine sand) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

12mm cement plaster of mix. 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Providing and laying in position of cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level. a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. a) Cold twisted bars.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. a) 1mm thick.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/ 10sqm).

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete welded.

Dismantling old fixd grill and refixed in the same location after raising the compound wall.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work Two or more coats.

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete : a) Sand from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 5.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 5.00 Km. c) Bricks from Hiranagar for an av. lead of 65.00 km. by M.T.
