Providing polished tiles of approved quality, size, shape of specified thickness on pavers over a base of 100mm compacted sand gravel including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey / Sika / Pedelite / Rouf) /white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department).

Material to be delivered to the site inckuding carraige materials consists resin, glass fiver CHP gelcot color pigment etc to be supplied in conformity with necessary test bcertificate is tensile strength flexctual strength barcal hardness raw material test UV protection load test from NABL accredited labortaries of India as per size and shape as directed by thye department and as per IS:1726-1991 & EN-124 and tested by NABL or MSME laboratories

Construction of RCC Mediam by providing of size 1050mm x 750mm in proper level and grade etc. as directed and approved by the Deptt.( Detailed shown in Analysis _P)

Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross-sections.

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 303.1

Inverted Choke (Construction of inverted choke by providing, laying, spreading and compacting screening B type/ coarse sand of specified grade in uniform layer on a prepared surface with motor grader and compacting with power roller etc)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. ii ) For Grading II Material

Wet Mix Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat : Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. )With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface ( Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications)

Cleaning and de-silting of road side drains / cross drains etc. by mechanical means with adequate road safety measures by providing caution boards / safety ribbons /proper barricading where necessary / proper lighting if necessary etc. without damaging the foot paths / slabs / road surfaces etc including immediate disposal of the semi liquid / silt / garbage/Floating materials/ Polythin etc. taken out from the drains/ culverts etc. upto a lead of 20.00 KM from the site within 24 hours as directed keeping the road surface / footpath etc. clean and as directed by the department . De-siltation work will have to be carried out as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Measurement shall be taken on inside of the drain wall )

Providing and laying coloured Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) (Consisting 15mm thick colour pigment) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed.80mm thick coloured interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.
