Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water and removing all the demolished material outside defence permises complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and including removing from site to a distance n exc 500 mtrs , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence permises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base to floors complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm and 25mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and in floors, and cut and polished , over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, mm dia, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles note exc 5 kg each complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12. 5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in hieght, coping, kneeless apex stones , bed plates, roof padding, kerbs not provided for including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary formwork complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete, brick work masonry, etc., any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use and waste of form work to sides and sofits ofFormwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter to obtain rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cutting and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 300x450mm and 7mm thick in vertical surfaces like dado/skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to steel gates ( including Slot pin, Pintol hinge, Ball bearing, hook and eye of stander ad quality where required, resecuring of MS plates/sheets and Guard bars / grills by using welding equipments complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Description all as per description of serial item No 48 here in before but except stone. NOTE for Item No 48 & 49: The net qty of masonary shall be derived after deduction of volume of precast PCC bond stone adjustment.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses of granite or trap stone etc. and hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, cills, lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, copings etc. and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble stone Masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses, in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing, pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded) as in bond stones and in similar works bedded and jointed in cement morter 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Broken stone or boulders hand packing (any thickness) at back of wall over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the reqd level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
