False ceiling:Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling-Knauf Danoline : Acoustic Designpanel Tangent : 14mm Oval perforated, are furnished with a white absorbent felt backing with an airflow resistance of 330-460 Ns/m³ (DIN 53887), which includes providing and fixing GI perimeter channels of size 0.50 mm. Thk. having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and web of 27 mm along the perimeter of the ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610 mm centers. The suspended GI intermediate channels of size 45 mm,0.9mm thk with two flanges of 15 mm each from the soffit at 900 mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm x 0.50mm thk fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners . Ceiling section of 0.50 mm thk fixed to the intermediate channels with help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel with centers of 333 mm perforated gypboard is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm dry wall screws at 300 mm centers. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with driver screw or drilling machine with suitable attachment... Accoustic gypboards should have active air purification "Cleaneo Technology". Fire Class A2-s1,d0 Finally the boards are to be joined and finished so as to have a flush look with uniflot. The false ceiling surfaces shall be prepared to the satisfaction of the Architect, and painted Extra with two coats of paint to the satisfaction of Engineer incharge .

Providing of 450mmX450mm Access Panel Moisture Resistant Gypsum Board Access Panel with Powder coated Aluminium framing & stiffners, push-catch closing mechanism with door retaining safety cable and hook, concealed locking arrangement. Trap door frame having Knauf Danoline embossed marking. {Fixing Details - Single layer of 12.5 mm tapered edge frame is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm dry wall screws at 230 mm centers. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. The work shall also include jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered edges of Gypsum board with recommended filler, paper tapes and two coats of putty/primer suitable for gypsum board to achieve a smooth finish as per manufacture's specifications. Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30 mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.(The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately). Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mmthick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube of size 2"x2" and 2mm thick in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineerin- charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid).

Providing and fixing adjustable stainless steel cramps of approved quality, required shape and size, adjustable with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washer (total weight not less than 260 gms), for dry stone cladding fixed on frame work at suitable location, including making necessary recesses in stone slab, drilling required holes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
