PART-A (Interior Civil Work)

INTERNAL WALL PARTITION: Providing and fixing internal wall panels on Light gauge steel frame work with 12mm thick WP plyboard on both sides with Laminate Finish as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make, Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick of 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm. Proper taping and jointing to be done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish.(Glass Portion of upto 5 sqft is not to be measured separately.)

WALL PANELLING: Supplying & Fitting Wall paneling, consisting of 12mm thk. BWP ply fixed on sub frame with 19mm BWP Plyboard covered with MCM Stone Cladding as per design.

GLAZED PARTITION: Glazed partition with 12mm thick glass (clear)as per drawing. Glazed Partition Frame is of 19mm BWP Plywood Frame. The edges of cutout and the top edge of glass are to be mirror polished and to be fixed to partition as per fixing details. The exposed edges shall be finished in mirror polish.

STORAGE CABINETS (OPEN TYPE): Providing and fixing in position Cabinet/OPEN-400m Deep Storage as shown in drawing respectively using 19mm BWP plywood of required thickness finished with 1mm thick laminates as shown in the drawing. All exposed plywood surfaces to be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make and shade and all exposed edges of plywood to have 19mm x 10mm teakwood lipping, all exposed teakwood section to be polished. All necessary hardware and fittings in stainless steel finish. (Front-Elevation Area to be measured)

STORAGE CABINETS (CLOSED TYPE): Providing and fixing in position full height storage/low height storage/back storage (credenza) as shown in drawing respectively using 19mm BWP plywood of required thickness finished with 1mm thick laminates as shown in the drawing. All exposed plywood surfaces to be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make and shade and all exposed edges of plywood to have 19mm x 10mm teakwood lipping, all exposed teakwood section to be polished. All necessary hardware and fittings in stainless steel finish. (Front-Elevation area to be measured)

RECEPTION TABLE: Providing and fixing in position Reception Table 6' x 3' as shown in drawing respectively using 19mm BWP plywood of required thickness finished with 1mm thick laminates as shown in the drawing.Inside of drawers will be plain white 0.8mm laminate. Handle will be S/S Profile type and including fixing Keyboard Drawer and wire manager slot. One No. Lockable Drawer for each Table. Top Portion shall be made of Corian as per Design.

OFFICER's TABLE: Providing and fixing in position Officer's Table 5' 6" x 2' as shown in drawing respectively using 19mm BWP plywood of required thickness finished with 1mm thick laminates as shown in the drawing.Inside of drawers will be plain white 0.8mm laminate. Handle will be S/S Profile type and including fixing Keyboard Drawer and wire manager slot. One No. Lockable Drawer for each Table.

MANAGER's TABLE: Providing and fixing in position Manager Table 6' x 2' 6"as shown in drawing respectively using 19mm BWP plywood of required thickness finished with 1mm thick laminates as shown in the drawing.Inside of drawers will be plain white 0.8mm laminate.Handle will be S/S Profile type and including fixing Keyboard Drawer and wire manager slot. One No. Lockable Drawer for each Table.

GYPBOARD CEILING: Supplying,fitting,fixing and painting where necssary (one coat primer and two coats of paint)M/F Suspended Ceiling which includes G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm)along with perimeter of ceiling,screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws,at 610mm c/c.then suspending G.I.intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each)from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I.cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knueled web of 51.5mm and two equal flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermidiate channel at 457mm c/c,9.5mm/12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard (conforming to IS:2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm long dry wall screws at 230mm c/c.screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a Flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and squar edges of the board with jointing Compound, joint paper tape, and two coat of drywall top coat suitable for Gypboard complete at all levels as specified and directed . (For light finishing, providing opening for doors, windows, ventilators etc. cut out made with the frame of perimeter channel supported suitably to be measured and paid suitably when necessary).

2' X 2' MINERAL FIBRE ACOUSTICAL CEILING TILES: Providing & fixing Mineral fibre Acoustical suspended ceiling system with edge tiles on exposed grid (600x 600x 16)mm with Bolt Slot Grid Ceiling with Fine Fissure 600 x 600 Acoustic Tiles or Equivalent.

SHUTTERS: Providing and fixing ISI marked Flush Door Shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. Doors will be finished with 1.0 mm laminate on both sides. 35mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

PATCH FITTED GLASS DOOR: Providing Patch Fitted Glass Doors with Openable & Fixed Portion as per Design. 12 mm thick Clear Float Glass fully toughened for Patch Fitting Doors

VERTICAL BLINDS: Providing and fixing Vertical blinds (Fabric-Not Cotton) to windows all complete. The sample of material/ colour has to be approved before execution.

GRANITE COUNTERS (KITCHEN): Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade. Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

CARPET TILES: Providing,Fitting and fixing Carpet Tiles of size 500 x 500mm with thickness not less than 4mm made of 100% Olefin Polypropylene aterial, with dual backing; Primary backing with PVC and Secondary with Reinforced Fibre Glass from Uniproducts(india) Ltd. laid on existing concrete floor complete as directed and specified. Supplying, fitting, fixing Aluminium fittings of approved make, resonably smooth, free from sharp edges and corners, flaws and other defects and with counter sunk holes for screws including necessary aluminium screws etc. complete. (Anodised to bright natural matt & satin finished ). Mortice Lock Vertical type (100mm Godrej with handle-6 lever)

WALL PAINTING: Wall Putty with Scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches.

WALL PAINTING: Distempering (one coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface free from dirt, loose scales and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

WALL PAINTING: Extra over item no. 230 above for every subsequent coat of distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture.

WOOD/METAL PAINTING: Painting with Enamel paint in specified colour after properly preparing the wood/ metal surface with primer as per directions of architect. Only premium quality paint (premium quality of Asian/ Shalimar/ ICI/Nerolac / Berger) of to be used. (3 or more coats may be required). Necessary cement primer/ sand papering any required surface preparation are deemed to be included in the above rates. Finished surface shall be absolutely smooth and even .

Dismentling of Flooring /Tiling work in Toilet Block: Dismentling of existing flooring (Marble/Granite/Tiles etc) including removal opf base and disposal of unserviciable materials to the closest designated dumping area. Drainage pipe , water lines and sanitary fittings and sanitary wares inside the existing toilet and making good post removal and disposal of unserviciable material to the closest dumping area. All existing pipes to be plugged at junction with existing stack post removal of internal pipes complete.

Ceramic Tiles For Floor & Wall (Pantry/Toilet) : Proding and laying Tiles of reputed brand such as Kajaria/Johnson make of size 600X600 anti skid with approved colour and make laid in Cement mortar 1:4 including pointing the joints with white cement and complete as directed by EIC
