Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position over RCC roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in average 50 mm thick padding/levelling course concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cleaning existing roof surfaces and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, finishing smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3, mixed with conplast-X 42 11 C fosroc Chemical (India) Ltd @100 ml per bag of cement all as per manufacturers instructions on roof concrete surface and making the surface even and smooth as in required slope for draining out the rain water complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Conplast-X 42 11C of FOSROC chemical shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only conplast-X 42 11C FOSROC chemical India Ltd complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparing RCC roof slab by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bond bituminous primer @ 0.2Kg/Sqm and providing APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm including minimum 10cm side over laps and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as specified & directed and applying a coat of blown hot bitumen 95/15 over a membrane at 1.20 kgs/sqm all as per detailed specification and procedure after drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint over membrane at 0.10 kg/sqm all as specified and as directed.

Removal of concrete and plaster debris to a distance exceeding 1.5KM but not exceeding 5.00KM and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth/ wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing tiles & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as padding in sunken portion using liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces in mixed with liquid water proofing compound in sunken portion finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid Shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying first layer of cement slurry at 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer 'ARMOUR -CRETE' of structural water proofing pvt ltd by ratio 1:2 (one Armour Crete : Two cement) or 'POLYCRYL' of Green boro polychem pvt ltd by ratio 1:2 (one polycryl : Two cement) or Ready to use PIDIFIN 2k of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES or SHALICRETE-500 of capital steel and chemicals pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Shalicrete : Cement : Silica Sand) or NAFUFILL BB2 of MC Bauchemic India Pvt Ltd (ready to use) at 0.126 kg/sqm as per manufacturers instructions. This layer will be allowed to Air Cure for 4 hours complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying second layer of 1.5mm to 2.0mm thick slurry of cement at 0.242kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer 'ARMOUR CRETE' of structural water proofing pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Armour -crete : cement : silica sand) or 'POLYCRYL' of Green boro polychem pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Polycryl : cement : silica sand) or ready to use PIDIFIN 2k of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES or SHALICRETE-500 of capital steel and chemicals pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Shalicrete : Cement : Silica Sand) or NAFUFILL BB2 of MC Bauchemic India Pvt Ltd (ready to use) at 0.126 kg/sqm as per manufacturers instructions. This layer will be allowed to Air Cure for 4 hours followed by water curing of 48 hours complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in 25 mm thick sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. to receive the floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 300mm x 200mm size, 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, as in vertical surfaces such as dado/ skirting, etc., over and including backing coat of 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel GI/PVC tubing and connections fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm dia steel GI/PVC tubing and connections fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls /ceiling or laying in floors/roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 25 mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls /ceiling or laying in floors/roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and fixed in position complete all as specified in SSR part I and as directed

S & F in repairs 25 mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 455 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or block masonary built cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone agrregate as in solid block masonry exceeding 10cm in width having minimum compressive strength of 50 kg/sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part I) 2005 and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
