Taking down carefully the existing Copper/Aluminium point wiring of any size and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete with switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, bell etc by unscrewing and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use or for taking credit and making good to disturb surface of walls, floors etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note : (i) Old dismanteled wiring and accessories (other than reuse) will be contractors property and credit will be charged against schedule of credit.

Taking down Old Serviceable/unserviceable MCB DB any type/size etc after disconnecting (serviceable DBs /MCBs shall be reuse), complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Point wiring with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable with multistaranded copper conductor anodised sunken boxs in and incl nonmetallic rigid PVC grade ISI marked conceled conduit wiring with vailedC/ML No with all accessories for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch with thickness not less than 1.25mm MS terminal boxes concealed on wall with and including 3mm thick laminated backlite sheet including 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable with multistranded copper conductor continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge..

All as per item No. 03 above but for bell / buzzer on independent board controlled by one push button bell switch.

All as per item No. 03 above but for one 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

Taking down fan, ceiling cable end, dismantling blades and kept in safe custody for refixing on same location all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Hanging /fixing only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan obtained from item no 16 complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of MES Part-1 fixed in replacement including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. Disconnection of electric and water connection and taking down carefully storage type electric water heaters ( Geysers ) of capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs ( any Make/Modal ) from its existing position and (a) Inspection of Geysers for its seriviceabilty/ un servicieability. complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge

Opening, dismantling, brushing and cleaning of storage water tank of any capacity and size , removing all the sludge , scaling and bleaching from the tank and examining of any leakage of water and tightening of nuts, bolts including reassembling and refixing its own location complete including following (a) Check and connect earth continuity to electric water heater. (b) Cheking and adjusting of pressure realease valve (c) Check and Maitenance, setting of thermostate valve. (d) Visual examination of fusible plug. Note: i) Spare parts/components of Geysers, shall be measured and paid separately. ii) Transport cost for carry out Geysers from site of work to workshop & vice versa shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. (iii) Electrician with helper along with T&P and Ladder will be provided by the contractor for repairing & servicing for day to day complaints in PB Enlcve, Ashok Vihar, Old Medical Complex, CHNC and complete OTM Accn under this AOR.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm/20mm bore with fitting and for cleaning including refixing /remove from the site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cutting and threading complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and as per site requirment 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade screwed and socket joint complete with all fittings such as bend socket , tees elbow union berral nipple plug etc on walls and ceiling with necessary GI clamps etc. NOTE- The tenderer in his required tender shell include cost of scaffolding for fixing GI tubing in highrise bldg & multistoried bldg.

Supply and fixing GI nipple double threaded including socket minimum 1" long complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any size by disconnecting the wire and dismantaling blades and transporting the same to contractors work shop for rewinding/painting of the same or depositing to E/M store yard if found beyond repair all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge. Note: - Parts /components will be measured and paid separately under their respective items.

All as per Srl Item No-81 above here in before but for Exhuast/ wall mounted fan of any size/Make complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Servising/oiling, greasing and overhauling of fans of any size/type at site by using appropriate grade of oil/ Grease and replacing deffective parts such as bush, bearing, split pin, rubber bush, hanging clamp, cpacitor including cleaning dust and removing old grease from fan motor bearing and applying new grease including reassembling for fixing the same complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Parts /components will be measured and paid separately under their respective items. (ii) Electrician with helper along with T&P and Ladder will be provided by the contractor. (iii) Unserviceable item shall be the property of contractor as schedule of credit
