Providing and laying seal coat type "C" sealing the voids in a bituminous surfsce P.C. surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using with 6.7 mm nominal size grit of Jhansi quarry @ 0.09 cum per sqm with Bitumen @ 6.50 kg/10sqm including heating of Bitumen to the required temperature and including all material , Labour & T&P etc. as per Clause 510 case-III of MORD Specification.

Construction of Patri in Ordinary soil from Borrow-pits with all leads & lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirements etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

As per S.I. No. 251.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 281

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 307.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 of not less than strength of M-150 Stone Grit (20 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete, Including cost of form work. As per S.I. 279a.

Flush Pointing on brick work on eadge floor with cement mortar 1:2 (1cement :2 coarse sand). As per S.I. No. 578(I)

12mm thick Cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive. As per S.I. No. 582(II).

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade. As per S.I. No. 284a.

M.S. (Tor or plain steel) in plain work such as RCC work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire as per MORD specifications no 1002,1010 & 1202 (13.4).

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. As per MORT&H Specification no 12.1 (I) B(iii).

Providing concrete for plain concrete (P.C.C grade M 10) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. As per MORD Specification no. 11.4 (I).

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8

Boring with 100 dia casing pipe including lowering & extraction , assembling , loading , unloading & cartage etc (hire charges only).

Dewaterng of water trenches during excavation, concreting, masonary works upto sub soil/ water level including hire charges of 5 H.P.

Supply and Laying of NP-3 Hume Pipe (1000 mm dia)

Construction of Patri upto 2.00 K.M. distance with Carted Earth with approved material obtained from Borrow-pits with all leads & lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirements etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD clause 401.1 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. As per MORD Specification no. 2.50 (C).

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. As per MORD Specification no. 2.60 (b).

Providing and stacking of Sand filled E.C Bag at position including all labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
