The railing shall be welded to M.S. base plates of size 6" × 6" × 5 mm thick, and secured with 4 Nos. expansion anchor fasteners per plate including threading, cutting & welding complete . The rates also includes two coat of 1st quality synthetice enamal paint over one coat of sutable primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (N.S)

Providing and fixing expansion hold fasteners on C.C. /R.C.C./Brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc complete.Fastener with threaded dia 10 mm (DSR 8.8.1.2)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. DSR 10.25.2
