Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 2 but except bricks, all as specified. (Servicable bricks retrieved from Serial Item No 01 shall be used).

S & F MS framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, frame work of water trough, railings,cooler stand and similar work to conforming to Fe -290-0 including Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer, complete all as specified upto six storey height.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in blocks for holdfast,coping,benching etc. including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating all as specified incl necessary steel scaffolding..

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered edges, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including form work , complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster in any thickness from brick or stone etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

M & L for 15 mm thick internal rendering in cement mortar 1:6 other than fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces finished complete all as specified.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, chajja and like surface even and fari finished d complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
