Non BSR : 3 seater fix seating arrangements This unit has to be mounted in a lecture theatre of step ladder type with each ladder of approx 1080mm. The units have to aligned at side by side with passage in between or as per layout approved by engineer in charge/ client. 3-seater desk size - Top : 1800W x 375 to 400D x 750H , Intermediate partition for storage : 1800W x 200D. The Desk top shall be made with 25mm thick ply with 1mm laminate of approved shade on both sides and 2mm thick edge taping of matching colour on all edges. There shall be MS perforated modesty panels of 1.2mm thick. Understructure consists of MS oval tube 70x30x2mm, rectangular pipe 75x30x2.5mm, 25x10x1.6mm, epoxy powder coated of 40-50 microns. All tube ends to be provided with high density caps. All corners to have 10mm radius. 3 seater seat size - 1800W x 350D x 450H. Seat shall be 18mm thick ply with 1mm laminate of approved shade on both sides and 2mm thick edge taping of matching colour on all edges and seat fixed to understructure with pop-up rivets. Understructure consists of MS oval tube 70x30x2mm , rectangular pipe 75x10x2.5mm , 25x10x1.6mm thk, 25x25x2mm, 55x35x2mm with base plate of 2mm thick sheet grouted on floor , epoxy powder coated of 40-50 microns. All tube ends to be provided with high density.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished:

20 mm thick.

Add extra over item No. 12.1 to 12.12 for plaster work on exterior wall of height more than 4.5M. from plinth level of every additional height of 4.5 Mtr. or part thereof.

Making grooves as per design in plaster 10mm to 20mm wide.

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Non BSR : Providing and Applying flexible FO based Combiflex SG Tape. A highly elastic IPO based membrane system for expansion joints in the following steps: Cleaning of concrete surface on both side of the joints to remove an, dust, oil, grease, including removal of laitance and cleaning the inside of expansion joints with compressed air including grinding of concrete surface to get the surface even. Providing and applying base coat of epoxy adhesive on both side of the joints as per the width of the combiflex SG Tape, Providing and applying of combiflex SG Tap 200 mm x 2 mm as per (manufacturers method (for 50 mm and lower Joint) Combiflex SG system. Providing and Applying the top coat of epoxy adhesive on both side of the joints as per width of the combiflex tape. Mullion & Transom- shall be out of aluminium section size of 63.5 x 58x weight 1.350 kg/m. Anodizing - The surface of aluminium section shall be finished with 15 micron anodizing in required shade. Silicon- D/C 995/SSG 4000 structural sealent. Weather Silicon- 789/ ultra proof. Single shutter section for Glass panel-19.0x 19.0 x 0.250 kg/m. Supplying and providing of two components poly sulphide sealant containing solid contents, confirming to standard specification and approved compatible primer, for priming vertical faces prior to application of poly sulphide sealant including all labour charges for sealing of expansion joints after drill mixing of two components sealing compound. Cleaning and preparation of expansion joint using wire brush sand papering with emery paper and filing with suitable mechanical means. The work includes racking and cleaning of joints, sticking, debonding tape on bottom of joint, applying primer on edges, using masking tape on edges, providing of sealant and removal of masking tape immediately after providing sealant in joint.

To joints in flooring, as per drawing with first layer of poly sulphide sealant in size 20 mm width and 10 mm depth over PE Foam and then providing polyethylene foam back up rod 25 mm dia size and finally providing another layer of poly sulphide sealant in size 20 mm width and 10 mm depth over P.E. back up rod as per application procedure and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
