Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical upport @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep.(w-0105)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of cement paint as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing etc.,complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Delivery of Ductile iron Flanged Pipe As per IS 8329/2000 inclusive of transportation charges to stockyard excluding unloading anywhere in tamilnadu Unloading, stacking at stock yard and Cost of loading from Stockyard and unloading at site,Conveyance from stock yard to site (maximum of 8Km radius) are extra. This item should be included in the Estimate and BoQ as a separate item. (2.5m Length of Pipes)., complete as directed by departmental engineer.

Conveyance of DI pipes and specials loading from stockyard, loading and unloading from lorries, stacking at stockyard(maximum of 8Km radius).

Lowering of DI pipes and specials in the pipe carrying bridges and laying to proper grade and alignment as directed by departmental engineer.

jointing the DI doubled flanged pipes and specials with rubber insertion to with IS-638(1979) and MS bolts and nuts rubber insertion and labour charges etc., complete

Supply and delivery of DI pipes 90 degree bend pipe 250 mm dia , PN 10 including cost of materials and all other charges etc., completed as directed by departmental engineer

Supply and delivery of wafer type (Dual plate check valve ) confirming to is and with 5 years warranty including cost of materials and transportation charges etc., complete as directed by departmental engineer

Supply and delivery of DI D/F gate (sluice) valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (sluice valves) with body bonnet cast iron of grade GGG 40 or GGG 50,wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM replacable spindle nut without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ISI 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4.All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less straight through body passage.All the valves are to be compatible for buried applications with pressure rating PN10/16 and with 5 years warranty.
