Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to be fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to thr equired density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm thick (Thirty millimetre) with TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour suing crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler having anti stripping agent such as "Eva thermo" or equivalent mixed in [email protected]% of quantity of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rooling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.509 complete in all respects

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness
