M&L for servicing of HT Vacuum Circuit breaker and HT Panel and RMU after taking proper shut down and disconnecting all elctric supply , maintaince , cleaning,servicing and testing of HT breaker , bus bar, CTs, PTs, IR value, control cables connections, meters connection, tightening and checking of AC and DC supply, testing of CT and PT with primary and secondary injection kit , tightening and checking of control wires and allied works , removing moisture and dust from HT breaker inside of HT breaker through CRC using dry clothes , testing of leakage with the help of Hi-Pot testing machine , testing of IR value of breaker, testing and checking of operating mechanism, testing of opening release and shunt closing , lubricating all moving parts,testing and operation of On/Off through TNC switch and push button ,checking of anti-pump device, reapir of racking mechanism, earth alignment,tightening of loose connection and allied work at 11 KV substations complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for detecting fault in HT/LT underground cable with fault locator equipment to locate the fault in HT cable of any length , any size complete all as directed . Note :- (a) The fault detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item. (b) The cost of arranging cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (c) Fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable. Penality of Rs 1000/- per day will be levied if fault is not located/detected with in 24 hours of intimation .
Disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections of unserviceable transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA, 11 KV/433 Volts 3 phase , Pole/floor mounted, transporting from site of installation carefully with crane to workshop dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly , draining transformer oil, removing unserviceable parts, refilling oil, ovening of reassembling of winding assembly at factory/workshop , carrying out routine tests, and transportation back at site after repair installation to same or other location and making it fully functional complete all as specified and asdirected. Note:-Spare/Parts except consumables and minor spares will be measured and paid separetly as supply only under respective items and cost of fixing of these spares, cost of minor spares , consumables is deemed included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply only top cover gasket of suitable size for outdoor/indoor/canopy type transformer or servo stablizer of capacity upto 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformer of capacity up to 100 KVA by scrapping , removing of existing paint completely and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint grey (or tint as directed by Engr-in-Charge ) with spray painting to achive smooth finish including writing machine no with different colour on surfaces of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers/servo stablizer installed at various locations for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge. The container will be deposited by the contractor with the deptt and the empty containers will be returned after completion of conract.
M & L for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer/servo transformer oil with dehydration/ filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Any damage caused to transformer during the process of dehydration shall be made good by the contractor at his own expenses to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge.
S & F breather transparent type suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity upto 200 KVA fixed in repair /replacement complete all as specified and as directed
Supply and fixing Racking mechanism suitable for outdoor/indoor/canopy type transformer or servo stablizer of capacity upto 100 KVA fixed in reapir/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing Operating mechanism suitable for outdoor/indoor/canopy type transformer or servo stablizer of capacity upto 100 KVA fixed in reapir/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing combined over current and earth fault numerical relay with input current 1A/5A and auxiliary voltage 24 V , installation in 11 KV VCB panel, cutting , welding, drilling or any other suitable means , using metal palets in same compartment or seprate cabinet with and including suitable size , wire , connections and testing at 11 KV sub stations as per OEM instructions , testing for full functionabilty complete all as specified and directed .Model CG14N of CG or equivalent of ABB / Siemens.
Supply and fixing Master tripping relay of auxillery voltage 24 V/110V AC/DC installation in 11 KV VCB panel, cutting , welding, drilling or any other suitable means , using metal palets in same compartment or seprate cabinet with and including suitable size , wire , connections and testing at 11 KV sub stations as per OEM instructions , testing for full functionabilty complete all as specified and directed . Make: Cromptomn Greaves / ABB / Siemens.
M&L for Pin/Post type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade fixed in repair /replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for disconnecting electrical connections of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 75 KVA, transporting to workshop/factory for repair , opening for repairing , servicing , calibration and testing for proper functioning and transportation back to site after repair , installation to same or other location and making it fully functional complete all as specified and directed . Note:-Spare/Parts except consumables and minor spares will be measured and paid separetly as supply only under respective items and cost of fixing of these spares, cost of minor spares , consumables is deemed included in the unit rate quoted.
