Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 capacity power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen @ 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 ton power road roller and rolled to a uniform smoth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) including preparing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat on black top surfaces with paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5.00Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer @ 10 kg/10 Sqm (paving bitumen grade VG-10) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat on black top surfaces with paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5.00Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 40 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.54 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 29.20 kg per 10 sqm of binder using paving bitumen grade VG-30 laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed sand seal coat using binder (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 6.8 Kg/10 Sqm blinded with sand @ 0.06 Cum per 10Sqm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repair to pot holes exe 30mm depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour upto 10cm width in edges of road with 2.75 mm or more thickness, applied using mechanically propelled vehicle consisting heated hopper mounted on a pram, which feeds hot molten thermoplastic under gravity to a rectangular screed with a gate at the base whose opening is set to produce the thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F road stud aluminium alloy/ polycarbonate body with stem size 100mm X 100mm X 25 mm thick with two side retro reflected type fixed with self adhesive as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solar delineator (1000 x 47 mm ) made up of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body, height-145 cm, dia-80 mm comprises 4 super bright LEDs which give 360 degree viewing, solar panel - 2.05 volt, 120 mm (approx)1.25 volt rechargeable battery - 01 Nos, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size of block 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Convex Mirror 1000 mm : Made of PC material provided with suitable MS pipe post, duly powered coated as per site requirement. It is meant for Road turning, intersections, curves, T-Junctions, Hospital, parking lots etc. It is also ideal for surveilance. It should have clear & definit e mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle. It is unbrreakable & stronger than glass complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ABS Plastic Speed Breaker, speed breaker is designed so dynamically and compact that it can bear maximum load of it. The body of the speed breaker is made of ABS material. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ulrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water aannot touch reflectors inside and thus it maintain its reflectivity of a longtime with alternate black and yellow Size DA-1001, 335x245x50mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone walling built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L precast cement concrete type C-1 , 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggt) block masonry with solid blocks exc.10cm in and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc, incluning racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thik on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thick ness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing cement concreteType C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including necessary form work and weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed.
