PROVISION OF PEB LIGHT WEIGHT STRUCTURE FOR TESTING MULTI KW DIRECTED ENERGY SYSTEM AT CHESS, HYDERABAD UNDER GE I RND RCI, HYDERABAD

Design, supply and erect pre-engineered building (PEB) sheel structure for shed. Specifications of PEB shed Following specification for Provision of Pre-engineered and pre-fabricated shed of size 21.5 x 13.5 m and 5.5 m clear height from FFL as shown on drawings. Foundation. Earth work excavation in all types of soil / rock and PCC levelling sub base 1:4:8 (100mm thick) in foundation including backfilling with approved earth in layers with plinth beam at ground level. Footing, column and PB size and reinforcement details is as per design. RCC Footing, Column and Plinth Beam. Footing, column, anchor bolts, base plate & plinth beam size and reinforcement to be provided as per load of PEB structure. Intermediate column 300mm x 300mm upto 900mm height will provided where span above 3.0m length of wall. RCC grade M-25 (Design Mix, RMC) and reinforcement shall be TMT 500D / 550D. Fly Ask Brick Walls : 230 mm thick fly ash brickwork all around shed upto cill level (0.9M height) in cement moratr (1:6) with 50m coping approved on top of wall.

Finishes. 10 mm thick cement plaster with CM 1:4 to internal surfaces of walls, 15mm thick in two layers (under layer 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 and finished with top layer 5 mm thick cement plaster with CM 1:4 including waterproofing compound) to external surfaces of walls. Internal & External surfaces of walls. Applying with one coat of putty, two coats of weather proof anti algal exterior acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic), premium quality, over a coat of primer as shown on schedule of finishes. Flooring. 150mm thick VDF flooring as shown in schedule of finishes.

Joinery. Two Nos motorized sliding door in entry & exist and two Nos UPVC sliding window or flip window at firing side as shown on drawings. PEB Structure. Steel column, rafters, purlins, girts and bracings to be provided as per design. Roof sheets. Roof sheet 0.5mm thick pre painted semi corrugated galvalume zinc coating sheets having 550 MPA tensile strength and plain sheet for ridge. Roof Drainage system. Eaves gutters, take down pipes and accessories to be provided as per design. Plinth protection. 750mm wide, 75mm thick with 1:3:6 concrete over bed of 75mm brickbats around building. Note: The structural components shown in the drawings are tentative, the contractor shall be responsible for the detailed design of the entire structure.

Supply and Fix, LED street light 60W powder coated light fitting suitable for suspension mounting at any height in Hangers/Workshop with aluminum alloy pressure die cast housing and control gear box with high efficiency long life LEDs with lumen output not less than 100lm/w, CCT 5700 K or above with specified beam angle to ensure better uniformity of light distribution, IP65 Protection and impact resistance of IK07, built in electronic driver, lower THD, open circuit protection, over surge and voltage protection complete with all accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix air circulator fan single phase, 600 mm sweep non capacitor type suitable for wall mounting, 230V, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed.
