Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance > 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm,

Providing and fixing 19mm thick both side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand boxes, shelves, racks, almirah, cupboard and drawer etc. including necessary nails,screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

Supplying/ providing and assembling at site Xpress Office/ Orbit of approved colour, panel and tile based L-Type (Penta) modular work stations/ Cabins of Godrej or equivalent of size 1500 mm x 1200 mm(W) X 600 mm(D) made of post framed (exterior grade) boards , module height 1200 mm with partition 52.4 mm thick on spine including powder coated aluminium trims,23 mm panel along depth in asile condition fixed to powder coated MS frames with standard tile configuration as fabric magnetic top tiles and plain metal bottom tiles. Curvilinear work top shall be prelaminated particle board of thickness 25mm at a height of 750 mm with clear dimension of 1500 mm(W) X 600 mm(D) with PVC edge banding/ lipping on all sides. Every work station unit shall be provided with CPU trolly with castors, Nova pedestal flat metal front of full height free standing central locking of size 435 mm(D) x 646 mm(H) x 390 mm(W) with two nos drawer box and file cabinet with locks and handle/ knob, concealed conduits inside the blocks for carrying the wires up to the panels etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying/ providing and assembling revolving chair at site like "Starr" of cushion back Model of Godrej or equivalent of approved colour of length 65mm(L) X 65mm(D) X 87.90 mm-99.90 mm(H) with seat height 42.50mm-54.50mm, thick cushion seat and back, centre tilt synchronous mechanism with tilt tension adjustment, poly propylene abuse resistive armrest and 100% VOC free power coating etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying/ providing and assembling CPU Trolley with costor of Godrej make or equivalent , The Trolley is made up of Metal gtrey 1.00 mm thick MS CRCA sheet and side support is nade up of 0.8 mm thick, The castor is lockable/non lockable twin wheel castor injection moulded in black nylon,MS CRCA sheet poly propylene abuse resistive armrest and 100% VOC free power coating etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The Width is adjustible between 230 to 345 mm)

Supplying/ providing and assembling Nova pedestal of Godrej make or equivakent of Size (390x435x497)mm, made up of MS CRCA Sheet of standard thickness and finished with poly propylene abuse resistive armrest and 100% VOC free power coating etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
