Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying cable.pipes ,pole foundationetc all as directed

Excavation in trenches depth exceeding 1.5 m not exceeding 3.0 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out in hard/dense soil for pole foundation etc all as directed.

Returning filling in soil including providing cable cushioning with riddled earth obtained from excavation, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick over the cushion layer all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply, lay in trenches burnt Bricks, old size, Sub class "B" for cable protection all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/ coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces even and fair all as specified and as directed

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC including dismantling of old type of poles any length , complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work and PCC shall be measrued and paid separately.

S&F PVC cable termination box of size 280mm x 170mm x 130mm with front openable hinged door with 2 Nnumber of aluminum bus bar of size 25mmx3mm mounted on porcelain insulator complete with fixing on pole by MS flat 25x3mm with nut & bolts all as specified and directed. ( Make : Sintex or its equivalent approved make)

S&F in replacement of street light fitting LED luminaries new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life street light made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source of 90 Watts and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening seperate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including connecting up with twin core 4 Sqmm aluminium cable etc., complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells , Model : ENDURA PEARL PLUS, Cat part No : ENDURAPEARLPLUSSL 90WLED757SASYTOPC or Equivalent make from list of makes.

Supply and laying 4 core 16 sqmm LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: [a] Earth work, excavation sand cusioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule .

Supply and laying 4 core 10 sqmm LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: [a] Earth work, excavation sand cusioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule .

M & L GI tubing 'light' grade with all fittings for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads crossing etc and made good the disturbed surfaces/area for 40 mm Bore all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm dia PVC conduit with all accessories fixed to walls, poles etc for cable protection all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for making connection from light fittings all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing for pole complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Pt I (2009). The quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as specified and directed (Note:- (a) GI wire beyond 7.5M shall be measured and paid separately (b) The rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost of earth work, excavation on any type soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 Mtrs, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit cover including 6 Nos of 6 mm dia CTD bar on both direction, earth lead protection GI pipe medium grade with suitable size from earth plate electrode to main switch board complete.
