Repair to Table Writing/ Table office clerk (FD-33 (M):- Repair and S & F Teak wood the following component of table writing after removal of old unserviceable component and S&F seasoned teak wood duly polished and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of new leg of table writing size 740mm x 45mm x 45mm.

S&F in replacement of new top long rail of size 620mm x 50mm x 25mm.

S&F in replacement of new top short rail of size 375mm x 50mm x 25mm.

S&F in replacement of new stiffener of size 975mm x 50mm x 25mm

S&F in replacement of new top of Table writing with E26. Edge should be covered with 6mm thick teak wood beading duly polished. (Make-Kitply/ Novapan/ Green Panelmax)

Repair and replacement of new drawer of table writing made to shape and size, front of the drawer shall be 18/19mm thick pre-laminated exterior grade MDF board OSL (Grade I / Grade I Tye I) particle board both side and back made of season teak wood with 02 Nos knobs as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make-Kitply/ Novapan/ Green Panelmax)

S&F of ply wood 3mm thick one side teak faced in front, rear and both side of table writing duly polished and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/ replacement of new shutter for table writing with new 18" long piano type hinge, one knob made from 18mm/19mm thick pre laminated particle board, edges should be covered with 6 mm thick teak wood beading.

Repairs of side board (FD-241)

Removing the existing unserviceable Top and S&F new top made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated exterior grade MDF board OSL (Grade I / Grade I Type I) particle board (Kitply/greenply/ Green Panelmax) all as specified and as shown on drgs.

Removing the existing unserviceable side and S&F new side made out of 18mm/19mm thick pre laminated particle board (Kitply/greenply) all as specified and as shown on drgs. (Each side will be measured as a single unit).

Removing the existing unserviceable back of side board and S&F new back with 6mm thick plywood commercial and duly polished all as specified and as shown on drgs.

Removing the existing unserviceable Top drawer and S&F new pre laminate particle board 18mm thick (Kitply/Greenply) for front of drawer and teak wood for both side and rear side of drawer and 6mm commercial plywood used for bottom of the drawer and French polished to be done only front side of the drawer all as specified and as shown on drg.

Removing the existing unserviceable shutter and S&F new shutter made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated exterior grade MDF board OSL (Grade I / Grade I Type I) particle board (Kitply/greenply/ Green Panelmax) including hinges and locks all as shown on drgs (Each shutter will be measured as single unit).

Removing the existing unserviceable bottom of side board and S&F new bottom made out of 18mm/19mm thick plywood commercial type and painted with two coats or synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as shown on drgs.

Removing the existing unserviceable leg frame and S&F new teak wood leg frame with legs duly polished all as specified and as shown on drgs.

S&F of new back ply of Mirror made out of teak wood commercial 6mm thick Make- Kit Ply/green ply after removing old unserviceable ply.

Removing of old unserviceable glass shutters including aluminium channel and S&F of new glass shutter including aluminium channel as shown in drawings and approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Polishing of the wooden furniture:- Prepare the existing surface of wooden furniture of any description by applying sand paper, removing the stains and filling the bore holes, cracks by putting bees wax & chalk powder etc and duly polished to the exposed surface polishing shall be uniform and shall be glossy finish for the following items:-
