Roughing the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc.and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in, levelling course finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) laid on primed surface including bitumen primer @ 0.40 kg /Sqm, by forced application with butane torch over entire roof area/ sunken floor with minimum overlaps of 100mm at the sides/ longitudinal edges of strips membrane and 150mm at the ends and sealed in, after cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions. Joints grouted and flush pointed in cement mortar (1: 3) mixed with 5 % of crude oil by weight of cement, flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) shall be done as a separate process, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

All a per Srl item No 07 above but except tiles (old serviceable dismantled tiles obtained from Srl item No 01 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar)

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded in natural ground, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for galvanized, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line of wire to be maesured separately.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc. of old serviceable barbed wire in position.

M&L for mild steel work of angles, flat iron as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel bolt factory made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, to be fitted with washer etc and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5cm and not exc. 10cm long and dia neck 16 to 20mm complete all specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, 10mm dia and over as in chain link fencing, fixed to concrete post with mild steel nuts, bolts and washers and tying to GI chain link fencing with 2mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparaition of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type including rods, bolts complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repairing to RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia, ceiling etc. by scrapping, cutting, chiseling, de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement of damaged loose RCC surfaces and applying neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and filling the surfaces with cement sand mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) using coarse sand in layers as required in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc 50mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at height upto 12m complete all as specified. Note:- Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete louvers and jali 1:2:4 type B-O (Using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) 25 mm thick set in cement plaster in CM (1:4) including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs, kerb stone and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished drain or channel, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing existing pointing, raking out joints and flush pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roof etc in CM 1:3 including cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to brick walls in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing existing pointing, raking out joints & flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings or brick tiles on roof with CM (1:3) including cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for upto 12 m ht. all as specified and directed.

Form work to rough finished surface of concrete flat to soffits of shelves, chajja, fins etc including supports over hangs

S&F 6mm dia and over upto 10 mm TMT bar cut to length bent to shape including cranking binding spirraly, hooping, hooking end and binding with MS wire (anealed) not less then 0.9 mm dia or securingwith clips as spd.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in chajjas facia, shelves, bands etc and similar work all as spd.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling of asbestos cement ( corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Rolled mild steel Gde Fe-410-W Gde E-250 Quality-A in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, joist, channel, steel tube, rails & fastenings & heavy brackets, framing, strips (Beam, tee, angle, Coulmn, Gusset Plates, channel, Hollow square/Rectangular or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling framed work of timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, drains n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for cleaning of drain etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
