Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Intending Bidder shall have satisfactorily completed one similar work in the field of Supply & laying of HT/LT Areial bunched cable/ HT UG cables, in any Thermal power stations of value worth not less than Rs.21 lakhs in any one of the preceding five financial years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload work order and relevant work done certificate issued by an officer of the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL / Executive Engineer or above in case of other departments. (Work done of previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year)

Technical Capability: Intending Bidder shall be Class-I or above electrical contractor. As a proof of this, valid electrical license issued by Govt. of Karnataka shall be furnished

Financial capability: Intending bidder shall have achieved an annual average financial turnover of Rs.41.5 lakhs in any two years during last five financial years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload copies of turnover certificate or profit & losses statement duly certified by chartered accountant. (Financial turnover for previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited).
