Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing in position factory made precast RCC M-40 fixing with hold fast embedded in 1:3:6 concrete block for doors and windows frames having excellent smooth finish as per IS: 6523 with reinforcement of 3 Nos, 6 mm dia main bars tied with 3 mm M.S stirrups placed @ 200 mm C/C and 6 numbers high strength polymer blocks of required size for fixing hinges including providing 6 no specially designed M.S. galvanised sleeves for accomodating 6 mm dia fully threaded bolts for fixing hold fast on vertical members, providing suitable arrangement for recieving sliding door bolts and tower bolt etc all complete, as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approvedmake, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of stepsand dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. A) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Opening and cleaning chokes/blockages of different nature in Sewer lines, of specified dia, by using Mobile Sewer rodding Equipment from manhole to manhole and removel of sludge/blocked materials from the Sewer line and including simultaneous disposal of the same beyond municipal limits, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, of: (NOTE: The contractor shall be responsible to maintain the Sewer line in operational condition for subsequent six months after the Sewer line so cleared. Any subseqeunt choking/ blockage of Sewer line, during this period is to be cleared by the agency at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid for the same. Failing to do so, the work will be got done at his cost and risk). a) Sewer line of upto 150mm dia.

Cleaning of Manhole and removal of sludge/blocked materials from the Manhole including simultaneous disposalof the same beyond municipal limits, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars ( re-barring) for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. a) Upto 12 mm Dia.

Filling the gaps about sides and top of strong room door frame and ventilator frame after fixing of strong room door, including providing additional reinforcement steel on all sides of door frame and filling gaps with RCC 1:1.5: 3 including providing necessary centring and shuttering and finishing with cement mortar 1:6 ( a Cement : 6 Fine sand) on all sides, proper precaution to be taken so as to not to disturb the door frame and shutter etc all complete, as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. ( RCC and reinforcement to be paid separately).
