INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Material and labour for point wiring complete all as specified with 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking in and including non metallic PVC rigid conduit medium grade of size minimum 20mm dia with all accessories concealed in wall / ceiling including continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly including modular metal flush boxes concealed in walls and modular white plate covers for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators etc complete all as specified for the following :
One light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.
One three pin switch socket 6 amps outlet on independent board.
One three pin switch socket 6 amps outlet on same board.
One light point controlled by two 2 way switches.
All as per item No 7.00 here in above but with cable 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper FRLSH wire , 1100 Volts grade, unsheathed for one 3 pin socket out let 15 amps on independent board including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm copper stranded conductor FRLS, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.
Note for Items No.7.00, 7.01 to 7.04 and 8.00: (i) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth. (ii) Cost of cutting chases in wall and making good for concealing conduit/ Metal Flush boxes boxes, MCB DB etc., for point wiring/sub main wiring and cutting opening for fixing exhaust fans and making good the disturbed surfaces are included in the lumpsum price of Building under Schedule 'A' Part-I
Supply and fix LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with powder coated white extruded aluminium housing with integrated electronic driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
Supply and fix suspended type continuous LED light fitting 8 feet ,1x50/56W, 220V, AC decorative box type, high quality extruded aluminium, PMMA diffuser, IP-20 with driver, holder including LED light, suspension kits and required end plates, Joint kits as per Cat part No-SP680x1/x2 LED 78S 6500 PSU WH L240 S1 of Philips or Cat No DESTG250LP/S50WLED857SWH2260 of Havells or Cat no BPCS 56W LED 8F D WH of Bajaj connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose etd complete all as specfied and as directed . Note: The height of the fitting from the working platform shall be kept in such a way that adequate illumination level is achieved and cost of hanging arrangement deemed to be included in quoted rate.
Supply and fix LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type, powder coated white extruded aluminium housing with integrated electronic driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, fix, test and commissioning of Energy efficient Ceiling fan with three blades including other accessories, 230 V, 1200mm sweep, Minimum air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, Five star rated with Brushless Direct Current motor (BLDC) fixed to roof/ceiling with suitable clamp including provisioning of flexible copper cord of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Down rod will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.
Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCB, Triple pole, 'C' Curve, 20 amps, 415Volts with breaking capacity 10 kA, fixed in DB complete all as specified and as directed
Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCCB, Four pole, 100 amps, 415Volts with breaking capacity 36 kA, (lcs=100% lcu) with adjustable TM setting, conforms to IEC 60947-II, suitable for isolation, adjustable overload and adjustable short circuit setting complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, prewired Vertical type distribution board, (MCCB DB) TPN, 4 way, having degree of protection IP 43 with metal double door, 415 Volts, flush type made out of CRCA sheet metal, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 8623 with 250 Amps rated copper bus bar with common neutral link earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with adequate size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor upto the terminal connector/ neutral link, earthing etc as required complete concealed and fixed flush to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 4P MCCBs and MCBs will be measured and paid separately.
Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, prewired Vertical type distribution board, (MCCB DB) TPN, 8 way, having degree of protection IP 43 with metal double door, 415 Volts, flush type made out of CRCA sheet metal, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 8623 with 250 Amps rated copper bus bar with common neutral link earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with adequate size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor upto the terminal connector/ neutral link, earthing etc as required complete concealed and fixed flush to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 4P MCCBs and MCBs will be measured and paid separately.
INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
Supply and Fix 15mm brass chromium plated, two way bib tap, fancy type, quarter turn with crutch or butterfly handle for fitting to CPVC pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
SEWAGE DISPOSAL
Supply and Fix Double walled corrugated pipes of outer dia 160mm and inner dia 136mm, SN-18 pipes confirming to IS 16205(Part 24- 2018)/ IS 14930 including all necessary special fittings, cutting & jointing complete all as specified and as directed.
EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
Construction of valve chamber of size 600 x 600 mm (Internal size) 600 mm deep with 200mm thick PCC block masonary walls built in CM 1:6 over 100 mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (Using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate) with 100 mm off set, 15mm thick complete internal plaster and external plaster up to a depth of 15 cm below GL in CM (1:6), 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, double door welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping 50 mm thick in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock 65mm, brass and keys (Godrej/Shell), MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil /soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed
EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Construction of Transformer foundation of size 1.80x1.50x1.50Mtr (above GL) and 2.20x1.90x1.0 Mtr (below GL) including excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 bed concrete , RR stone masonry in CM 1:6 for foundation, plastering in CM 1:4, 20mm thick including PCC coping and RFR , removal of surplus soil and three coats white wash etc complete all as specified
Supply & Fix Hot press moulded SMC Junction box of size 270 mm x 200 mm x 135 mm with right operable hinged door with two number aluminium bus bars mounted on porcelain insulator including clamps of MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm with bolts and nuts and including one MCB SP upto 6A, 10 KA for ON/OFF street light, fixed on pole Complete all as specified and directed.
Material & labour for cutting the existing hard standing/ bituminos road surfaces for alying cable/GI pipe etc, and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing plain ement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling road cutting surfaces including removing all debris to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work below Hardstanding / Paving / Bituminous road surfaces will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items.
EARTHING
Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6mm buried directly in the ground vertically to depth not less than 3 Mtr below the ground level with the top edge of earth plate, depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level connected to GI earth strip of 32 mm x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected by GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia upto Test point 20 mm dia watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregates chamber 40 mm thick RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including earth work in any type of soil ,removal of surplus soil and providing charcoal dust & salt layers all around the earth plate upto 15 cm all as required specified & directed by engr in charge Note :- The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of earth work, excavation on any type soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 Mtrs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit cover 6 Nos 6 mm dia CTD bar on both direction, earth lead protection GI pipe medium grade with suitable size from earth plate electrode to main switch, GI strip length up to 7.50M will be measured as one unit)
