M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates and finishing the surfaces even and fair as in padding concrete for roof slab including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only).

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per square metre including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight not less than 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid on roofs using butane torch, and sealing all joints after and including applying bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.
