Supply and fixing of 63 A TPN Metal Clad switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry boxes with PWD earthing SD 165.

Supply and fixing of TNEB Meter Board suitable for 32A Three Phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A Fuse unit (500V), 32A Neutral link and earth link (1inch x 1/8inch Copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1inch thick on either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and interconnection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit SD 127.

Earthing as per P.W.D standard with an earth electrode of 2 Mtr. Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work SD 234.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with switch box with 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall and covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for light point / Fan point for Electronic Regulator. Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement five part of sand) using country bricks of size 8¾"x4¼"x2¾" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification

Supply and fixing of RCC Precast slab in cement concrete 1:1½:3 mix (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) of thick 0.10 m using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost of molding charges mixing laying and curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification but including cost of reinforcement.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mix (one part of cement and four part of sand) 12 mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS No:61

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of steel door with suitable design including cost of materials, welding and conveyance of all materials to site locking arrangements and painting one coat of primer etc. complete as per standard specifications including fixing charges etc. complete for the work.
