Comprehensive Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 200 KLD installed at Shivaji Marg including all consumable materials, repairing, replacement of any part of STP complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 300 KLD installed at MCTE including all consumable materials, repairing, replacement of any part of STP all as specified and as directed.

Notes for item 1 and 2 :- The comprehensive mantainence of complete STP shall be included in the rates provided by the contractor, no extra payment shall be provided to the contractor for any repair and replacement of unserviceable items, running mantainence of STP or overhauling of motor and pump required and any Butterfly valve, MCCB, MCB, relay, blower fan, blower servicing, oil replacement, and any items of STP plant should be replace without any extra cost. it will be the contractors sole responsibility to mantain the STP in working condition. If the contractor fails to keep the STP in working condition, recovery of Rs.5000/- per day per installation will be done and after a notice of 10 days if the STP is not made to order then the contract will be cancelled and performance security forfeited.

Carrying samples for Testing of treated water of STP, submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE. Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500 of 1991 mandatory for chemicals, colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD, COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, Sulphate, oil and grease, Ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E colliie in 100 ml.

Testing of Sewage water as per relevant IS of STP , submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. Notes :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) transportation charges for collection of sample

Repair and overhauling incl Dismantling/taking down all electrical and mechanical connection of twin lobe blowers model No (Make:- Everest) capacity, pressure 0.37 kg/cm and servicing hole body, change gear oil/lubricant and V belt,overhauling of the same including refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- spare parts and gera oil/lubricant shall be measured and paid including supply of following materials: (i) servo gear oil super 90, Make indian oil (ii) Bearing as per sample for air blowers model No -610FS (Make:- Everest) (iii) Gasket kit as per sample for air blowers model No -610FS (Make:- Everest) (iv) Oil sealas per sample for air blowers model No -610FS (Make:- Everest) (v) V-belt as per sample for air blowers model No -610FS (Make:- Everest)

Periodical Cleaning of Sewage and removing settled down Sewage sludge cum mud/ De-Silting etc STP Equalization tank including all equpment painting work done by the contrector complete all as specified and as directed. (After every 5 monts)

Note - Cleaning shall be carried out by the following methods :- (i) Cleaning inner surface of tank by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud & sludge collected inside the tanks manually at a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs. (ii) Washing with clean water & bleaching powder mixture thourouly complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge, if any, at site to s distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs. Rate quoted shall include the aspects:- (i) Diesel Driven Pump Set/elctric pump set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including necessary POL required at site for De-Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes . (ii) Tractor mounted storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 1 KL with driver directly collected from the soak well and disposing the same to the location where approved by Engr-in-charge (iii) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved by the Engr-in-charge. (iv) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank as directed. (v) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of MBBR tanks, Tube settler Tank, treated water tank, filter feed tank, chlorine contact tank and sludge drying beds from STP thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc complete all as specified and as directed. The periodic painting i.e. cement based paint on RCC/ brick structures and synthetic enamel paint on all MS Parts incl. piping of all parts of STP is included in the rate quoted. This item to be exceuted at the commencement of work and to be completed within one month. Supply only the following consumable items for 200 & 300 KLD STP Plant at MAP Kodariya and Shivaji Marg under schedule item - 1 & 2.

(a) DWPE for hypo dosing sytem in tube settler

(b) Sodium Hypo Chloride having 10% Chlorine content complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Supply only Bio culture to be fed in STPs every month for better functioning and working of STP.

M&L for taking out carbon filter from ACF tank and replacing with fresh carbon/ anthracite chemically treated incl servicing.

M&L for taking out sand bed from cylinderical DMF tank and replacing the same with chemically treated filter beds viz.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 32-64 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 16-32 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 8-16 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 4-8 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material for replacement of activated carbon IV 1000 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Periodical maintenance of pumps of capacity 5/2.5 HP including greasing/ oiling and during the maintenance any parts required to be supply by contractor for smooth functioning of the Pump.

Supply and laying on wall, floor and ceiling GI water tubing medium grade ISI marked incl all types of fittings and accessories Make : Size are give on following:-

(a) 50mm dia pipe

(a) 40mm dia pipe

Periodical maintenance of dozing pumps including greasing/ oiling and during the maintenance any parts required to be supply by contractor for smooth functioning of the Pump.

M&L for construction of PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, mars filling and staging of MS tank/ PVC storage tank box repair to floor, path incl necessary from work and fair finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified.
