SITC (Supply, installation, testing and commissioning) of IP based Digital Public Address and Emergency Sound System Controller/ processor. The system shall be fully IP-network based. The system shall support >100 simultaneous channels for music routing and making calls. A system based on a single system controller shall support at least 60 system devices and 200 zones. The system controller shall dynamically assign network audio channels for audio routing between system devices across multiple subnets. It should have minimum 2 nos of suitable ethernet port for other connectivity. The each Controller / processor should have provision of 'Hot redundancy' i.e. in case of failure of working controller the standby controller should automatically take over the faulty duty controller. The system controller shall have provision of dual power supply inputs as per scope of work & specification in section V.

SITC of the IP‑networked interface units for other system devices like CCTV, Fire alarm, Access control system and suitable power supply units dual output connection facilities to power up all the amplifiers, system controller or system processor, call stations as per scope of work & specification in section V.

SITC of IP based Digital Class-D multi channel Amplifier having each channel of minimum of 150W with 4 channels of usable simultaniously (without considering the hot redundency amplifier capacity),The amplifier shall adapt the maximum output power of each amplifier channel to its connected loudspeaker load. Also it should have option to connect emergency mic system to work without controller. It should have minimum 2 nos of suitable ethernet port for other connectivity. The system amplifier shall have dual power supply inputs. The Amplifiers should have an equal capacity of wattage / channel for the 'Hot redundancy' in case of failure of any channel the standby channel should automatically take over the faulty duty channel. It can be achieved by integrated spare channel automatically replaces a failing channel or with external equal capacity spare channel as per scope of work & specification in section V.

SITC of Emergency mic with accessories to connect with power amplifier for the announcement in case of controller & call station failure as per scope of work & specification in section V.

SITC of Compact device for loudspeaker end‑of‑line supervision. The end-of-line device shall only require a connection with the end of the loudspeaker line to supervise its integrity.Supervision reliability shall not depend on the number of connected loudspeakers. Supervision shall be inaudible and not interrupt audio content (low level high frequency pilot tone monitoring should be used). To suit minimum of 8 channels health checking as per scope of work & specification in section V.

SITC of 6W of minimum 6.5 inch full metal ceiling loudspeaker suitable for speech as well as music reproduction, The speaker assembly consists of a single-piece, 6W dual cone loudspeaker and frame, with a 100V matching transformer mounted on the back. Ceiling speakers are supplied with a 100V matching transformer with taps on the primary winding for fullpower, half-power and quarter-power radiation, Rated Power: 6W, Power Tapping: 6/3/1.5 W, Effective frequency range(-10 dB) : 100 Hz – 18.5 kHz or better, SPL at 1w (1Khz at 1 m): 91dB or better as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation of Metal Fire dome for ceiling speakers as per scope of work & specification in section V.

The angled front baffle results in a better sound in the listening area. The cabinet shall be in black or white. The robust, solid MDF (Medium Density Fiber board) enclosures are covered with a durable, easy-to-clean vinyl in white or black. The ABS fronts are covered with fine woven cloth in matching color. Rated Power: 6W, Power Tapping: 6/3/1.5 W, Effective frequency range(-10 dB) : 150 Hz to 15KHz or better, SPL at 1w (1Khz at 1 m): 86 dB or better as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 30 W approx 300mm high-efficiency horn loudspeakers provide excellent speech reproduction and sound distribution for a wide scope of outdoor applications. Horn speaker having 100 V matching transformer with taps on the primary winding for fullpower, half-power and quarter-power radiation, Rated Power: 30 W, Power Tapping: 30/15/7.5 W as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation of Volume control units 36W with override as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation of PA system interfacing unit for the telephone exchanges as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation Hardware with latest configuration for diagnostic and Logging software as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation of connectivity cables, connectivity hardware like connectors, patch cord/cables as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Configuration of Public announcement system with all the testing and commissioning of the system with submission of as built drawing, cable schedule, termination details of JB, layout drawings and technical details and manuals soft copy and hard copies of manual of 6 sets and training of 4 persons for 3 days at supplier place with certified Engineers of manufactureras as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and open Installation of 150(W)X150(H)X80(D)mm, 1.8mm thick sheet Hot dip galvanised MS box as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and termination of cable glands suitable for PA system cables of 12 pair / single pair / telephone cables as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation of 24-ports 10/100 Mbps Layer 2 switch with 2 Combo 10/100/1000Base-T/SFP ports as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation of 1000base LX SFP Fiber transceiver module as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation of 24 port rack mount Patch panel for cat 6e cable with all wiring support accessories as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation of draw out type 19" rack mount fiber distribution system (LIU) in 19” rack for 24 core, pigtails, SC connectors of single mode fiber as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Fixing and splicing of above draw out type 19" rack mount fiber distribution system (LIU) in 19” rack for by using pigtails and SC connectors of single mode fiber optic cable and testing of 24-core fiber optic cable (one end each cable) as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and installation of 19 "Equipment Rack, 36 U Made of MS for housing of all above equipment , front lockable glass door, Fan tray fro colling, Caster wheel base , Main Panel with Spike Buster full length-2 nos, Indivdual FUSE power supply unit, including all internal wiring/ interconnection as required as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply of twisted pair 1.5 sq.mm, copper flexible armoured cable, suitable cable having minimum following specifications: No. of pair : 1 twisted pair (2 core). conductor : Stranded copper, FRLS, armoured overall screened sheathed, 1100 Volts grade cable, It shall be used for connecting power amplifier and loud speakers as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Termination of Upto 20 Pair sizes of PVC Sheathed, jelly filled, Flat/wire armoured PIJFUG Cable using Single Compression, Heavy Duty Gland connecting the cable to the equipment Telephone DBs etc. The rate shall include the cost of supply of Cable Gland. The Contractor shall arrange for drilling of holes wherever necessary for the completion of the work, as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Termination of Above 20 & upto 50 Pair sizes of PVC Sheathed, jelly filled, Flat/wire armoured PIJFUG Cable using Single Compression, Heavy Duty Gland connecting the cable to the equipment Telephone DBs etc. The rate shall include the cost of supply of Cable Gland. The Contractor shall arrange for drilling of holes wherever necessary for the completion of the work, as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and external installation of 25mm Dia, 2mm wall thickness PVC heavy duty round rigid conduits with 50mm deep Junction boxes of Heavy Duty, PVC circular rigid Conduits for Electrical & Communication System with required Solid Long Bends, Couplings, GI Wire etc, as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Supply and Installation of 25 X 12 mm size of PVC Mini trunking (casing & capping) on walls/Ceiling for routing of Power, Lighting and Telephone wires including all the required accessories like JBs, Coupling, External & Internal Bends, Elbows and end cap as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Pulling of 1 no. twisted pair 1.5 Sq.mm un armoured PA cable/ 2 nos of Cat-6 / 2 nos telephone cables / 1 no. FOC cables etc through PVC conduit of 1" or 1 1/2" or casing capingas as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Laying of 10/20/50 pair telephone cable / FOC cable / 12 pair signal cable / single pair cable/ Power cable (3 Core X 1.5 sqmm) in one run in trecheses / laying in cable trays etc in high altitude of 7 M of max as per scope of work & specification in section V.

Saddiling of telephone cables / FOC cable / single pair signal cable on wall etc with 1 m distance includes hospital saddles of the high block and low block with all accessoris like saddle, screws, rawal plugs etc as per scope of work & specification in section V.
