Removing the existing weathering course, clearing away the debrises from the roof top and clean the surface with water including cost of labour lead, lift, etc, complete as per standard specification.
Supplying and laying of Solar reflective ceramic tiles roof flooring for Sub Division office and North / Madukkarai Section office of approved quality & colour laid in CM 1:2, 12mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiles surface, including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete as per standard specification.
P.C.C 1:2:4 using 6mm HBG metal for flooring screed concrete including cost of all materials lead, lift, labour charges etc., complete and as directed by engineer at site
Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
SGST to be quoted in Percentage (value alone) Ex. 9%, it should be entered as 9 only
CGST to be quoted in Percentage (value alone) Ex. 9%, it should be entered as 9 only
Inter-state GST @18% for other than Tamil Nadu supplier. If the contractor is within Tamil Nadu may be quoted as "0" only
