Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil, excavation should be in the regular form of pits not exceding 0.50 mtr, in depth, including dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 M. lift and 30M. Lead the earth from cutting to be used for embarkment inclusive of cost shifting of surplus earth upto 30 Mtr. distance average distance from site, as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 stone ballast 40 mm gauge ) and curing complete including cost of for work in foundation and floors.

Class-150 brick work in 1: 3 Cement and course, sand morter in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, itc required for proper completion of the work.

4.0 cm. (1.5") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8") flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of th work.
