Labour for disconnecting LT/HT cable of any size from structure/pole/transformer for finding fault, M&L for defect rectification LT/HT cable laid in trenches or any location by locating fault with the help of electronic fault machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc. The entire repair work to be completed with in 12 hours of instruction from Engr-in-charge as specified. Note:- 0900 to 1100 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 12 hours after notification, failing to which Rs500/- per day complaint will be recoverd. fault locating with electronic fault locator, excavation and earth work, disconnecting and reconnecting both end of cable, relaying of sand and protective cable covers are deemed to be included in the quioted rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. joint kit will be measured seperately in appropriate item in this schedule

Labour for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value upto 70VKV (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in 11 KV/0.440 KVA transformer capacity 315 KVA including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test compete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydartion is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

Supply and filling transformer power oil meeting IEC 60296-2003-11, 3rd edition standard specification and ASTMD 1275B test requirements for corrosive sulpher of BDV not be less than 70 KV at 2.5mm gap for reduced level of transformer in distribution transformer HT 11 KV reduced level of transformer due to evaporation/ leakage/losses due to dehydration all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of transformer HT/LT bush as per site requirement suitable upto 315 KVA transformer after disconnecting underground HT/LT cables and earth strips etc and reconnections, testing and recommissioning of transformer to full satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for disconnecting LT/HT cable of any size from pole (height 7.5 to 9 mtr) /transformer/panel and re-connecting of cable at both end after removing carbon /burnt insulation part of cable by cutting refixing cable with new cable lugs . The entire repair work to be completed with in 06 hours of instruction from Engr-in-charge all as specified. Note:- Complaint between 0900 to 1100 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 06 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 500/- per day will be recoverd per complaint.

Maintenance and servicing of DG set 160 KVA,Make: Greaves Ltd including replacment of defective/wornout spares with new spares such as fule filter, lube oil fiter, gaskets, V belts,rubber hoses with clamps, nuts bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and replacement of Engine oil, tappet setting ,servicing of radiator etc for the smooth operation DG set all as specified and directed. Note: 1) Minor spares such as fule filter and oil filter required for the service / Maintenance of the DG Sets deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. 2) spares required for above will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of Sch. Location: Anupgarh pump house.

Supply and fix Air filter element inner and outer as required at site with 'O' ring as required at site for capacity of 20 KVA DG set

Supply and fix only ignition switch with key in repair for DG sets of any capacities all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling/ top up coolant for DG set radiator all as specified and directed

Supply only lube oil SAE 15 W - 40 of approved make for Top up and filling up the oil in the sump after completely flushing the old oil out of the tank and cleaning of the tank for fresh filling all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable fuel injection pump from any type/ capacity DG set, carrying to workshop and repairing including necessary spares and calibration, refixing the same duly repaired to its original position and testing for its serviceability at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of Self starter assy for DG set of 160 KVA 24 Volts DC including , complete fixing & testing.

Supply and fix in replacement of turbo charger of existing make and model as directed by Eng in charge for capacity 20 KVA DG Set

Supply and fix in replacement of turbo charger of existing make and model as directed by Eng in charge for capacity 160 KVA DG Set

M&L for opening/dismantling and disconnecting all the connections from panel to terminal box, repair/replacing the field coils to the alternator, refixing the field coils to the alternator after drying the varnish and making the electric connections to terminal box with proper brass nut bolts and washers testing and commissioning for satisfaction for the capacity 20 KVA DG set

M&L for opening/dismantling and disconnecting all the connections from panel to terminal box, repair/replacing the field coils to the alternator, refixing the field coils to the alternator after drying the varnish and making the electric connections to terminal box with proper brass nut bolts and washers testing and commissioning for satisfaction for the capacity 160 KVA DG set

M&L for dismantling of radiator from type of DG sets from engine taking it to work shop for repair of leakage pipes, cleaning the radiator with cleaning agents, re-assembling to the engine complete as per the satisfaction of Eng in charge.

Inspection/checking of AMF panel of DG set of any capacity by an authorised Engineer having full knowledge of AMF panel/Controller/ DG sets installed at various installations of any make and shape, rectification of defects and cleaning, detecting during inspection or pointed out by users/department replacement of unserviceable part and carry out maintenance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately or issued by the department.

Taking out old unserviceable main controller and Supply and fixing the new controller of existing make and model suitable for any capacity DG set all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix 4 Pole power contactor with AC coil 200 Amps, 3 phase 415 volt 50 HZ suitable for AMF panels. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix only engine start relay 24 volt DC suitable for AMF panels .

M&L for replacement of unserviceable/wornout control wiring of AMF panel of any capacity DG set with existing size of cable for complete AMF panel and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:Team for repairing of DG and AMF panel should be ready at every time with all necessary equipments during working hours and repair action should be started within 60 Minutes after complaint intimation to contractor/ superwiser through phone call or text message or by any other means.1000 Rs penalty shall be imposed at each violation of above direction.

S&F on load change over three phase and neutral , 440 volts, 320 Amp with box and accessories all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for arrangement of authorised engineer (service engineer of AC unit's company having suitable licence) visit to identify the breakdown of any type of AC Plants and for PLC setting like temp/ voltage range setting and to carry out the neccesary repair up to the complete satification of Engineer in charge. Note : Any minor item needed to repair shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply and charging of Refrigerent R-407 C in sealed container complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will have to use sealed container and have to show weight of container before and after gas charging, so that exact weight of gas can be calculated.

Cleaning and washing of microfilters of AHU of any capacities up to the satisfaction of Engineer In Charge including any other minor repair needed in AHU. Any broken filter shall be replaced with new one and same shall be paid in quoted rate, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of cooling tower with one or two as per existing size, water basin and makeup tank with the help of chemical and nylon brush,removing and refixing of PVC finches after washing, cleaning of condenser pipe line( in let and out let) including painting of out side of cooling tower with inlet and out let pipe line with one coat synthetic enamel paint of colour approved by engr in charge and inside painting of water tank of cooling tower used water proof black japan paint one coat including changing of unserviceable PVC guard water distributor, PVC pipe, cooling tower motor etc complete for the satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge of the 50 TR capacity of the AC plants at different locations complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable motor pump coupling set of any size and S&F testing and commissioning of new motor pump coupling complete set along with rubber star coupling suitable for any capacity centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down old unserviceable motor pump coupling's star rubber of any size and S&F testing and commissioning of new motor pump coupling's star rubber set suitable for any capacity centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repair Chiller motor bearing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repair of AHU Panel wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Disconnecting, dismantalling the defective three phase induction motor 415 Volts of fan motors 50 HZ of any RPM for 5 HP capacities and re-winding with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size/gauge and weight inciuding raplacement of insulation material,varnish bearing connection plate and all other petty items required to make the motor functional and reassembling the motor including installation commissioning and testing on full load, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for in replacement of water flow switch for AC plant condensor/chillar complete all as specified fied and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and Install complete indoor unit of Split AC with PCB, Cordless remote control, inbuilt air ioniser & plasma filter for better indoor quality of capacity 2 TR for automatic operation single phase 230 Volt with complete wall mounting accessories and copper piping connection incl taking down old U/S unit and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install, commissioning and testing induced draft top discharge counterflow type FRP cooling tower (rectangular/round bottle shape of capacity 50 TR as per site reqmt) with FRP body and base, water spray, headers, cooling tower fills, fan with 3 HP motor, supporting base frames, drain connection suitable GI inspection ladder, steel suppoting structure, anti vibration mounting as per manufacturer's std instructions. complete all as specified and directed.
