Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

50 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand) RCC top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. With F.P.S. bricks with class designation 75. a) Inside size 90x80cm and depth from 45 cm upto 1.0 mtr. including fixing angle iron frame 65x65x6mm with hold fast and covered with precast RCC Manhole cover 1:2:4 of required size including cost of reinforcement as required.

Encasing of PVC Pipe 75mm/110mm/150mm dia with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all around the pipe as per standard design.

Making plinth protection with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand :6 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid over 75 min bed of dry brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size, rammed ,consolidated and grouted with fine sand including making groves as required ,necessary form work, curing etc complete.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar of any thickness including stacking of serviceable material at site & disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WC, bathrooms etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. Note:- The rate includes preparation of surface treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junction of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and filling dry brick bats grouted with fine sand in sunken portion for bathroom/toilets including watering, consolidation etc. Complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying Double Charged vitrified floor tile of size 600x600mm (8-10mm thick) approved make (Johnson/RAK/Kajaria) over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 of any shade and colour as approved by the Engineer Incharge, joints finished with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including finishing etc. complete.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm including cutting the patch & preparing & plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 coarse sand. (Internal & External Plaster upto floor V level). Nothing extra shall be paid for scaffolding

Providing and fixing of PVC Floor Trap of self cleansing design with screwed down or hinged grating with or without vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors. 100 mm inlet and 100 mm outlet

Providing and fixing of walls face unplasticised- PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised-Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 110 x 110 x 110 mm single tee without door

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer
