Construction of fabricated shed in the vicinity of District court complex to accommodate record at District court Jammu Second Floor

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size below flooring, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer incharge:15.2.1 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Disposal of dismantled material / mulba including loading, carriage, unloading and stacking at designated site, complete as directed

Extra for scrapping, cleaning and straightening reinforcement from R.C.C.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 5.2.2 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars.((Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.))

Column, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.
