Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 4.4.7 ssr-22

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 4.4.5 ssr-22

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 5.22A.6 ssr-22

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc 5.9.1 ssr-22

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Riveted and bolted.10.2.1 ssr-22

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. 10.22 ssr-22+20%

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (Finishing) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 13.7.2 ssr-22

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 meter openable length ( total length 90m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 meter length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ meter (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) 16.61 ssr-22

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 12.1.5 ssr-22

Add Carriage by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking as per directions of engineer incharge.

Sand for 15 Kms by MT and 100 mtr Head Load.

Add Carriage by Manual Labour incld.loading un-loading and stacking as per directions of engineer incharge.

Stone Aggregate for 15 Kms by MT and 100 mtr Head Load.
