Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M 10 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.(RMC-M10) Note: Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used.. Flooring with chequrred terrazzo tiles of 20 mm thick (All shades) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including near cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials.

Painting exterior walls with one coat of primer and two coats of exterior emulsion paint on new plastered concrete surfaces etc as per as per drawing and Technical Specification
