EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever nece- ssary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cms thick, well rammed, consolidated ad depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the corporation officers with initial lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specification

supplying and filling in foundation and basement and tranches with filling SAND in layers of not more then15cms thick well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification.

PLAINE CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (One cement, five sand and ten aggregates) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for flooring including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more then 15cms thick well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

RANDAM RUBBLE MASONRY in cement mortar 1;6 (one cement & six sand) using new stones including necessary provision of bond stone for approved quality including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar as directed by the corporation officers and as per standard specification.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications. As directed by the departmental officers.
