Taking down U/S aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials for Taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down U/S submain wiring Aluminium/ copper of any size / core / type including earth continuity condutor on teak wood or conduit and removing the materialss/debris from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall etc to match with the original existing finish all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing TPN DB/ LT Panel / Meter Box with 100 Amps MCCB of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing DB SPN 8/10/12 way of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and LabourPoint wiring complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor as earth conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches,sockets etc concealed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made LT panel wall mounted made out of CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick indoor type double door compartmentalised construction totally enclosed weather, dust and vermin proof with front opening hinged door locking arrangement 415 volt 3 phase 4 wires AC 50 Hz having aluminium busbar for phases and the neutral insulated with PVC sleeves, suitable chamber for fixing single phase electric meter -5 Nos complete, and epoxy powder coat of spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Meter box/panel shall be fitted semi concealed on wall.

Supply and Fixing deluxe stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the phenolic laminated sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing lamp holder, PVC/polycarbonated type with back plate suitable for batten fitting complete all as specified.

Material and Labour Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4 mm dia by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 15mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earthing result not achieved the earthing will be redone by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan with aluminium louvers 230V single phase metallic body, capacitor type -sweep size (mm) 300 connecting up including provision of necessary wall opening and connected cement works and cable from ceiling rose or connector to exhaust fan etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Old exhaust Fan deposited in store)

Supply and fix MCB DB, TPN with suitable rated busbar double door, 4 way 415 volt 50 HZ AC Supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB Triple pole neutral 125 Amp with breaking capacity 16 KA, 415 volt 50 HZ AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing slim surface mounted LED Panel with premium diffuser to ensure glare free & even light distribution of 18 Watt LED 4000 K
