Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed

Demolition Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Material and labour for racking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for walling random rubble, brought upto courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.4 here-in-before but except stone.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40 mm, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses;

Material and labour for flush pointing to random rubble mansonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for old size brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean redius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) for edging/coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing, gates and including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S & F in Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm rredia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standardrails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Taking down cement plaster or concrete etc., including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps , cooking platform, and other similar situations

Supply and fix in repairs 1050mm dia razor blade galvanised barbed concertina coil having minimum weight of 15 Kg (+) or (-) 5% per coil of 2.6mm dia wire streched to a length of 6 m to 8m as in fencing to steel posts and to another coil/ MS nibs including fixing with special galvanised fasterners such as J clips, C clips, U clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: After streching the coil, the length of the compound wall on which it has been streched shall be considered for measurement.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thick ( below & above ground level) and removal & rubish of Premises exc 250 m but n exc 500 m complete all as specified

M&L 100mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggt) as in path, hard standing, parking floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling as a cushioning/ bedding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 gradewith grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for chequred cement concrete tiles 300x300x20-22mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Precast Cement Concrete for kerb stone of size 40cmx12.5cm, 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) of required size add set in cement mortor 1:6 as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel painting on old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
