Testing, checking, servicing, leak repairing, pressure testing with dry nitrogen / carbondioxide gas, vacuumising, purging, flushing of 45.0 TR air-cooled scroll chiller [Blue Star make] refrigerant circuit including making the system completely leak-proof etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of hermetically sealed Scroll Compressor [Model SZ185, 3-phase, Danfoss] suitable for operation on 400 V, 50 Hz ac supply in existing position after dismantling and removing the existing faulty one etc. as required.

Supplying and charging of refrigerant R-407C in the completely leak proof vacuumised system incuding running of compressors for proper operation as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Display Unit of 45.0 air-cooled scroll chiller complete with controller, connections etc, including making the system normal, running units with command, removing the existing faulty one etc. as required.

SITC of dial type similar type pressure gauge as existing in the field with syphon and cock valve including removing the existing faulty one etc. as required.

SITC of similar type pressure meter as existing in the field with necessary fixing arrangement including removing the existing faulty one etc. as required.

Through cleaning of condenser coils of air-cooled scroll chiller with approved acidic based chemical coil cleaner, thorough washing with high pressure jet pump, applying of alkaline spray on the coils as required.

Providing and applying of 'Clear Glossy' coating on the condenser coil "U-bends" and other vulnerable areas for all the three chiller's condenser etc. to protect the areas from weathering and enhancing life of the coils as required.

Complete servicing including thorough cleaning of following capacity double circuit AHU with chemical, thorough cleaning with high pressure water jet, alkaline based chemical applying including cleaning of pre-filters, checking and lubricating motor, blower, servicing of blower, balancing, replacement of V-belts, complete cleaning of AHU and the room, providing torn out insulation etc, as required.

Complete servicing, cleaning of the entire chiller AC electrical control panel, replacement of rusted out nuts and bolts, servicing of all contactors, replacement of kits wherever necessary, all connections, end terminations, servicing and cleaning of VF drive, replacement of fuses, burnt out contactors, replacement of damaged wires, testing the panel for auto as well as manual, servicing and cleaning of make up water pumps in the cubicle, its testing complete as required. (Main incomer, 3 outgoing contactors and MCCBs for chiller pumps, 3 outgoing and contactors for chiller units, VF drive and accessories for AHU, other associated control and circuits.)

Draining out, system cleaning, flushing, purging of the chilled water line including refilling of fresh water into the system, de-rusting and descaling of valves, parts wherever required etc. complete as required.

Sub Head - 2 [Comprehensive Maintenance] Supplementary agreement shall be formed Comprehensive maintenance of 3 x 45.0 TR chiller units complete with refrigerant and chilled water circuits, AHU, Filters, time to time servicing and cleaning of coils, flters, attending and rectification of any kind of fault etc for smooth running of the entire system. [Security Deposit shall be released after successful completion of DLP & CAMC of 01 year. Necessary deductions are to be proposed in the contract event of non-compliance or non-performing] as per maintenance schedule. N.B. - 01 Job means for a period of 01 year (starting from the date of completion of work)

Comprehensive maintenance of 3 x 45.0 TR chiller units complete with refrigerant and chilled water circuits, AHU, Filters, time to time servicing and cleaning of coils, flters, attending and rectification of any kind of fault etc for smooth running of the entire system.
