Cutting and Raking out old sealing compound including damaged filler board and back up rod from the old existing expansion joints of size 25 to 35 mm wide including cleaning the joints portion throughly to ensure dust free using compressed air by air blower and filled pre moulded compressible synthetic filler board as per manufacturer instruction and provision of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polythene foam back up rod of 30 mm dia or more, over pre moulded compressive filler board, priming vertical top surface and 15 mm filled with polysulphide base sealant (complying with IRC-57-2018 (latest version), with min MAF +30% with 10 years performance guarantee) and finishing the joints properly leaving 3 mm gap from top surface of concrete, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : (i) polysulphide Sealant should be filled by Sealant filler Gun only (ii) Detail measurement with location and purchase voucher of sealant entered in measurement book before payment (iii) Work shall not be executed where execution of works already under guarantee period (iv) All work executed in presence of Engineer-in-Charge or JE (Civ)).

As per Item No.01 here-in-before but without filler board.

Cutting and Raking out old sealing compound including damaged back up rod from the old existing joints of size 08 to12 mm wide and 15 mm (average) deep including cleaning the joints portion throughly to ensure dust free using compressed air by air blower and filling the existing joints with polysulphide based sealent (complying with IRC-57-2018(latest version), with 10 years performance gurantee) over polythene foam back up rod of 30 mm dia after applying a coat of primer to vertical surfaces of concrete which are in the contract with the compound and finishing the joints properly leaving 3 mm gap from top surface of concrete, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : (i) polysulphide Sealant should be filled by Sealant filler Gun only (ii) Detail measurement with location and purchase voucher of sealant entered in measurement book before payment (iii) Work shall not be executed where execution of works already under guarantee period (iv) All work executed in presence of Engineer-in-Charge or JE (Civ)).

M & L for broken spalled edges of joints, tiny pot holes etc of existing concrete slab by cutting/forming, square/recangular grooves of size 25 to 50 mm wide and 20 to 30 mm deep with mechnical cutter wider towards bottom to form key with the existing quality concrete, cleaning & dusting the grooves using compressed air to remove all dust and dirt by air blower and repairing with elastomeric concrete after application of specified primer and removal of rubbish to distance exceeding 250mtr and not exceeding 500mtr and depositing complete as in repair all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Raking out rod sealing compound from the old existing joints of size 10-15mm wide and 15mm deep (average) without disturbing the joint filler underneath including leaning the joints portion thoroughly to ensure dust free using compressed air by air blower, and filling the existing joints with sealing compound grade ‘B’ after applying a coat of primer to vertical surfaces of concrete which are in the contract with the compound and finishing the joint properly leaving 3 mm gap from top surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pot/pin holes of concrete slab n.exc 1 Sqcm, surface making to rectangular section removing all those foreign materials and disposing the same to a distance n. exc 500 mtr and cleaning the surface using compressed air by air blower and repairing with priming and filling elastomeric concrete. All work shall be carried out as per manufacture instruction, complete as in repair all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 with using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hard standing laid in panels finished fair and even including necessary form work after demolition of existing unserviceable cement concrete in any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of previously treated surface to receive painting and applying water based road/runway pavement marking paint as in painting lines, dashes, arrows letters etc on roads pavement and the like exceeding 10 cm width or girth with white, black or golden yellow or orange colour till standout boldly and solidly without showing brush marks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 08 here-in-before but not exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for hiring of 01 No BACKHOE LOADER not less than 0.55 cum GP shovel of loader performance (including 01 driver, 01 No helper, necessary fuel, oil and lubricant etc) with Hour Run including driver having valid licence, helper, POL, lubricants etc.for levelling of undulation portion and lifting of cable duct and drain covers around the Runway/Taxi track and link roads of Runway within Air Force Station Panagarh complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge as and when required basis. (NOTE : (i) Reporting duty place is Runway site of Air Force Panagarh There will be no dead hours. The hours age for the purpose of "hours of duty" shall be reckoned from the point of reporting for duty to the point of T&P released. No hours will be allowed to drivers for lunch/breakfast/dinner/garaging or for drawn of petrol/diesel etc (ii) Detail measurement with location entered in measurement book before payment (iii) Document of backhoe loader, valid driving licence of driver and document of helper & driver shall be submit before commencement of work).

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering compacting with 8-12 ton power roller to compact upto 98% modified proctor density complete all as specified and directed.

Mechanized cleaning of vegetation and grass around the Runway/Taxi track and link roads of Runway within Air Force Station Panagarh by providing 01 No tractor except sundays and holidays not less than 35 H.P capacity with 'D' type Jungle jim having steel chain & in built gear box (including 01 No driver having valid licence, 01 No helper, necessary fuel, oil, lubricant, etc and removing of debrises, stone metal etc from work at site) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) When the running hours is not a full hour or in multiple of a hour but involves a fraction of a hour, then payment payble for that fraction shall be proportional to the quarter hours involved. (b) Daily log sheet/log book to be maintained commensurate with users duly signed by SATCO. A certificate as per Appx 'A' enclosed to the tender documents, and to be enclosed claiming running payment/Final Bill (c) No claim shall be entertained if the tractor is not requied for full working days or any days as directed by Engr-in-charge and not ordered by users. (d) Two tractors per day may be ordered as and when required and directed. Contractor to arrange accordingly without any extra cost. Payment shall be made at contract rate per tractor. (e) Detail measurement with location entered in measurement book before payment. (f) Document of tractor, valid driving licence of driver and document of helper & driver shall be submit before commencement of work.

Mechanized cleaning of vegetation and grass around the Runway/Taxi track and link roads of Runway within Air Force Arjan Singh by providing 01 No bush cutter (four stroke not and less than 1.00 KW engine power and two blade cutter type) except sundays and holidays (including 01 No operator, necessary fuel, oil, lubricant, etc and removing of debrises, stone metal etc from work at site) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including removing of material obtained from cutting & cleaning. Note : (i) When the running hours is not a full hour or in multiple of a hour but involves a fraction of a hour, then payment payble for that fraction shall be proportional to the quarter hours involved. (ii) Daily log sheet/log book to be maintained commensurate with users duly signed by SATCO. A certificate as per Appx 'A' enclosed to the tender documents, and to be enclosed claiming running payment/Final Bill (iii) No claim shall be entertained if the T&P is not requied for full working days or any days as directed by Engr-in-charge and not ordered by users. (iv) Two or more T&P per day may be ordered as and when required and directed. Contractor to arrange accordingly without any extra cost. Payment shall be made at contract rate per unit. (v) Detail measurement with location entered in measurement book before payment. (vi) Document of operator shall be submit before commencement of work.

M&L for preparation of previously treated surface to receive painting and applying one coat of cement based paint on concrete pavement (floor) except runway pavement surfaces, complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old bituminous/black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud/loose particles etc. sweeping with broom and by compressed air blower and applying evenly polymer Modified Emulsion (PME) @ 5kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
