Taking down carefully old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete,including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets,sunken type box etc.and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with its original specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully MCB DBs SP/TPby unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including sealing the cable ends and making good disturbed surface of wall etc as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for One light/exhaust fan point controlled by one,one way switch modular fittings for the followings with 1.5 Sqmm single core, PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size not less than 20mm (medium grade) concealed including necessary accessories like bends, tees, PVC square and elbow etc fixed on wall/ceiling with 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth conitinuity (green in colour) connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Rate for Cutting, chieseling and making good the existing surface as per previous surface for complete concealed wiring is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
