Construction of road from NH-49 to Kandadehi road under scheme Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana (MMSY) in the district of Jharsuguda for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) as per direction of the Engineer in Charge

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site fromBorrow Pit and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).as per the Direction of Engineer in Charge . With mechanical lead upto 1000m

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).as per the Direction of Engineer in Charge .

Fine dressing and turfing with one extra lead of 50m and 1.5m one extra lift as per Sepification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface pf granular base including clearing of road surface & spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc.

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) as per the Direction of Engineer in Charge . SDBC Grading -II

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
