Dismantling concrete poles/struts, any size all as specified and directed.

S&F Angle iron guard rail of 600mm height welded with M.S Angle iron 60x60x6mm, MS flat 50x6mm for interlocking arrangements all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of guard rails wire netting of galvanized steel wire 1.40mm dia with 25x25mm mesh size fixed with tinned tracks of wire staples duty painted with two coat of synthetic enamel aluminium/smoke grey paint over a coat primer complete for transformer platform all as specified and directed.

Supply and errect steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (09 metres long) conforming to IS 2713 including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over the exposed surface and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over the embeded portion of pole, errecting in truly vertical position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Indus series Powder coated pressure die cast alluminium compact high power LED street light fittings with heat resistant toughned glass with lense having 60 Watt including making electric connections using two run of 1.5 sqmm single core unarmoured wire from junction box, fixed in repairs, CA No also engaved on street light complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :(i) A certificate from the manufactures for warranty minimum upto 02 years shall be obtained and submitted to the AGE/GE (i) Any touch up of the existing surface due to changing of fittings shall be done by contractor with similar surface finish without extra cost to the department. Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core with taking down old all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in Soft/loose soil including forming bottom surface to requirted level for laying pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm deep as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the excavated material n.exc 50M to a distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning before laying LT underground cable in trenches and after the cable is laid and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-The laid sand shall be gently punned down by hand.The punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for burnt bricks sub class B (old size) laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade with all fitting laid in trenches/ under road /floor/ pole/ wall for protection of cable including , clamping of pole/wall in proper size of clamps, nut bolt ,and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable route indicator made out of 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron, 80 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter HT CABLE or LT CABLE suitably incribed on CI circular plate 8 mm thick 100 dia complete incl neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggrregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete in foundations/,trench filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L for dismantling and taking down old u/s LT panel and Supply, Install Testing & Commissioning of self supporting Indoor type LT Panel Board of Approx size 2.0m x 1.5m x 0.6m , totally enclosed compartmentalised double door design, dust and vermin proof, suitable for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and built upon regid frame work having front doors with neoprence rubber gasket including danger plate, earthing strip point at side, ventilation louvers at the side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers etc. The pannel shall be powder coated and the power and control circuit diagram shall be accompany the eqpt and circuit wiring with colour code solid conductor copper cable for easy identification including incomming/outgoing cable holes at the bottom. The Panel shall be emmbeded with 50 x 6 mm MS channel and 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 incl all connections of existing panel board with lugs complete all as specified and directed consist of following item.

Dismantling and taking down old earthing and earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following:(a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) HDPE/FRP earth pit cover square type of size internal size not less than 300x300mm with top openable cover with handle and one side hinges (.d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 40 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. ( f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal.(g) Testing of earthing. Note : (a) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The contractor shall quote his rate considering taking down cost of existing unserviceable earthing. (c) GI Strip Beyond 7.5 Mtr Will be Measured and Paid for Separately

Dismantling and taking down old earthing and earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 32 x 6 mm galvanised earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following:(a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. Supply and fixing of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip for earthing in case the distance exceeds the value as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the Air Force station area
