E/Work excavation in foundation of structue as per drawing and technical specifications i/c setting out, construction of shoring & bracing, removal of stumps and other deterious matter, dressing of sides & bottom and back filling with approved materials as per clause by manual means in ordinary soil upto nearest source complete as per HSR 4.12

Brick work in 1:3 ( 1cement 3 course sand) mortar with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth complete as per derived rate (Analysis of rate)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete M-15, with cement content as per approved design mix andmanufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuousagitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specifiedgrade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping ofR.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excludingthe cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost ofcuring, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workabilitywithout impairing strength and durability as per direction of theEngineer-in- charge.(Note :- Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix for sleepers). M-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered as per HSR item No. 6.22.1.2

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M- 25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. All works above plinth level up to floor IV level as per HSR item No. 6.25.1

Steel reinforcement of thermo mechanically threaded bars of graded Fee-500D for RCC work , where not included in the complete rate of RCC i/c straightening, cutting bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wires etc.complete in all respect above plinth level as per HSR 6.33.6

Centering and shuttering i/c strutting, proping and removal of form work for foundation, footing and bases of colomns etc, complete as per HSR 6.29.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form work for column piers abutments, fillet kerbs and steps etc as per HSR item No.6.29.3

Centering and shuttering i/c strutting, proping and removal of form work for roof, landing etc complete as per HSR 6.30.3

Filling expansion joints, with special impervious hot pour, 12.5 mm wide as per HSR item No. 6.58

Dismantling of pucca road i/c soling, wearing coat, screening and sorting & stacking of all serviceable materials with in 100 mtr distance complete as per Old HSR 24.37

Restoration of pucca road cut in level in the existing road surfece i/c preparation of sub grade, laying and relaying of soling, laying and consolidation of wearing coat to water bound macadam specifications , laying 20 mm thick premix carpat on top i/c cost of track and seal cost with supply and carriage of all required materials complete in all respect as per Old HSR 24.38

Dismantling of brick masonry laid in cement sand mortar manually/by mechanical means i/c stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 mtr lead or as per direction of enginner incharge complete as per HSR 5.7.4

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means cum including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - incharge. (HSR 5.25)
