Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20mtr. In P.J. 50% each and asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50mtr. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtr. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts in all kinds of soil and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1ckement:6sand:12graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work and asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Foundation , footing , basis of columns and the like of mass concrete.

Columns ,pillars , posts and struts upto floor two level.

Prov. And laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand::4graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size)& curing completeexcluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced conc. Work in Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor roofs landing, shelves and their supports , balconies, beams, girders, bresumers and cantilever upto floor two level 200 mm in thickness. etc and asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level tor steel & asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, centring, shuttering, strutting and propping and centring below supporting floor to ciling not exceeding 4mtrs. And removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Wall(any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr. Thickness) attached pillaster, butteresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

b) Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor roofs landing and like to upto 200 mm in thickness.

Prov. Wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, wrought framed and fixing in position complete with 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing Pannelled , glazed or pannelled or glazed shutters for doors, windows, clerestory windows including blanc enamelled iron butt hings with necessary screws ( 40 mm thickness) with necessary 2nd class deodar wood.

Half Brick work using common burnt clay building in foundation and plinth in: - Cement Mortar 1: 4 (1 cement :4 Sand ) first class Bricks with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

20 mm thick plastering single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonery for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and sommoth CC 1:6. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

6mm thick plaster to ceiling with cement mortar1:3 (1 : cement : 3 Sand) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempring with dry distemper on undecorated walls surfaces (two coats) over and including a priming coat of white washing to give an even shade after throughtly brooming the surface to remove all dust, dirt, mortor drops and other foreign matter.

Applying priming coat over new wood/steel and other matal based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign sand papering and knotting. scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixe priming paint including all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete as per the directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping With white enamel paint including all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete as per the directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40x3mm flat hold fast 10 cm long fixing the frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts and embending in cement concrete block , 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 sand:6graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete as per the directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing sliding door bolt brought finished black enamalled with nut and screw complete 250 mm long.all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Provinding and fixing mild steel handles with necessary screw complete 100 mm long all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tower bolts barrel type with necessary screws etc. complete 150x10mm within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder/stone filling under flooring dry hand packed tightly within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10( 1cement 5 sand 10 graded stone aggrigate 40 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinths.with in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 sand:4 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge : 40 mm thick

Providing andf laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls,the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per H.P.P.W.D Specification.

Stone filling behind retaing wall & crate wall within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
