Material and Labour for providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (Atactic Poly propylene) modified bituminous membrane re-inforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 180 gms/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polyethylene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polythylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on bottom portion of the membrane after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof and over the APP membrane provide a polypropylene/ polyester, Non woven geotextile fabric of 150 gsm over the geo textile fabric (An overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on sides ends respectively) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & Labour for cement plaster 20 mm thick in two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare pvt.Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of Cement : Sand : : 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnIcal mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. and taking down old plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of over one coat of primer on wall/roof including preparation of newly plastered surface and necessary scaffolding upto G plus 9th floor of bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Grubbing up and uprooting of trees / plants from external walls of bldgs pouring muratic acid for burning residual roots if any raking out the dead roots from plants / concrete joints upto its penetrated portion and filling with PCC (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate and finishing the surface with 15mm rendering in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & labour for cleaning the existing cracked surface of wall & Column surface by scrubbing so as to remove all the dust, dirt, grime, oil etc and washing the surface with Jet of water and applying one coat of FUTURA SEALER COAT in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS (or euivalent in FOSROC, ASIAN, BERGER etc) @ 8-10 SQM , then after 4-5 hours apply two layer of finish coats of FUTURA-5 PLUS in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS (or equivalent in FOSROC, ASIAN, BERGER etc) @ 4-4.5 SQM/2 coat duly included erection and dismantling of scaffolding upto any storey building, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Rate should be included with filling the cracks with acrylic polymeric non shrink compound like Paintex-4 in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS or equivalent in other approved makes.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick polymer modified mortar in cementmortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of Krishnaconchem or polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturer's instruction including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 16mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Material and Labour for providing and applying 20 mm thick ready mix external sand faced cement plaster with neat cement rendering at all locations in two coats for masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including providing water proofing compound to the first coat of plaster as per manufacturers specification, racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
