Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well rammed, watered and compacted Complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Filling in Basement with conveyed earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 Cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

FRANDOM RUBBLE MASONRY in cement mortor 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using new stones including necessary provision of bond stones from approved quarry including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification.

Reniforced Cement concrete 1 :1.5:3 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cem,ent mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick. over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm * 23cm * 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with redoxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of redoxide and water proofing compound ) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with scratch proof 1:2:4 concrete

Providing following thickness of granolithic pattern floor finish with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two sand four hard brocken stone) using 10 to 12 mm size hard brocken stone jelly and the top rubbed smooth,etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed.

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Door of any required size with double leaf,outter frame of 35x35x 5mm equal MSL angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2Nos.horizontal and 3 Nos. diagonal for each shutter using M S flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding 6 Nos. of hold fasts,2 Nos. wind appliances,3 Nos. tower bolts,1 No. aldrop2 Nos. handles, fixing shutterwith6 Nos.of hinges with outter frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide primer (ROLLING SHUTTER)

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Window of any required size with Three leaf.Outter frame of 35x35x 5mm equal MSL angle, Mullion section made of 35x 35x5mm equal T-section, shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 1No.horizontal for each shutter using M S flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding.Protective grill with 12 mm squqre M S rods at an intervel of not grater than 10 cm centre to centre to the outter frame.2 Nos of peg stays with hole for keeping the windows open in different positions,2 Nos. of locking handles fixing the shutters with 4 Nos. of hinges hold fasts, 6 Nos.of hinges with outter frame of the window including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide primer.(VENTILATOR)

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COATS of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the engineer before use on work. (ROLLING SHUTTER & VENTILATOR)

Providing and fixing PVC. Rainwater Downfall pipes of 100mm diametre with necessary shoes, bends and other speicals, clamps, screws, nails, teakwood plugs etc., complete including cost of all materials. The rate is to include cost of removable cast iron Gratings of appropriate size. The size of teakwood plugs to be used is 150mm * 25mm in front and 200mm * 75mm in rear and all other sides with a depth of 100mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the cnetre of the pipe screwed to the plugs. The special type of 'U' clamps at the centre of the pipe to be fixed in addition to these for more than three metres pipe length, complete complying with standard specification.

Distembering two coats with best approved oil bound distember including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges

Interior / Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.
