Material & labour for earthing in replacement with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip of 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected up to main LT Panel /Test point and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including demolition of unsv earthing, excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2020(Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead in replacement fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm galvanised iron strip as earthing lead with saddles and fixing screws etc. complete all as specified & directed

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead in replacement fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip as earthing lead with saddles and fixing screws etc.complete all as specified & directed

S&F of copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm on PVC/porcelain insulator in replacement at suitable distance with saddeles and fixing screw etc for roof/Wall conductors and down conductors above ground all joints of copper strip should be brazed properly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of copper strip of size 32x6 mm on PVC/porcelain insulator in replacement at suitable distance with saddeles and fixing screw etc for roof/Wall conductors and down conductors above ground all joints of copper strip should be brazed properly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for copper brazing for copper strips of various sizes laying on wall /roof etc with the help welding machine and skilled tradesmen by using welding rod etc by taking safety precautions during brazing as directed by the AGE EM / users complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for brazing for GI strips of various sizes laying on wall /roof etc with the help welding machine and skilled tradesmen by using welding rod etc by taking safety precaustions during brazing as directed by the AGE E/M / users complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for fixing the porcelin cleat with the help of nut,bolts clamps etc to fix the strips of various size and types to separate from ground and wall as directed at site by Engr in charge complete all as specified

M&L for PVC conduit heavy duty of 40 mm dia size for the protection of the earthing strip on wall/roof with the help nuts ,bolts clamps, PCC work etc as directed at site by Engr in charge

Supply only salt using for earthing pits as directed at site by Engr- in -Charge.

Supply only charcoal using for earthing pits as directed at site by Engr -in- Charge. Note For Ser Item No 15&16 (a) Contractor shall submit Purchase Voucher and Receipt Voucher alongwith RAR/Bill while Claiming payment.

M&L for concrete block of size 15cm x15cmx15cm by using 1:2:4 cement concrete for fixing of strips any type /size with the help of insulator to separate the strip from ground .Block will be 5cm below the ground level 10 cm above ground level including necssary work regarding the fixing of block complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge Note : Insulator shall be measured and paid under separately

M&L in replacement for Eco friendly earth enhancing compound for enhancing the earthing value of chemical earthing including necessary earth work deemed inclusive in the quoated rates complete all as specified and directed at site .

M&L in replacement for copper bounded earth rod of 10 feet length 17.2mm dia made of high tensile low carbon steel rod for replacement in existing chemical earthing including necessary earth work deemed inclusive in the quoated rates complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L in replacement for FRP earth pit cover of top size lockable Lid in replacement of broken Cover including necessary earth work deemed inclusive in the quoated rates complete all asspecified and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L in replacement of sodium based bentonite powder to enhancement materials including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for Removing normal earthing and M&L for commissioning, installation and testing of maintenance free UL approved copper bonded earth rod of 10 feet length, 17.2 mm dia. made of high tensile low carbon steel rod , molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface ( minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with exothermally jointed copper bus bar of 50 X 6 X 200 mm for connection. The rod and exothermic joint together successfully tested at 25 KA fault current by CPRI with 50 Kg eco friendly earth enhancing compound with each earth rod. The earth pit should be 125 mm dia. the compound should comply to IEC:62561-7 having passed leaching, corrossion, sulphur and resistivity test as per IEC: 62651-7 by NABL accredit Lab with FRP earth pit cover of top size lockable Lid. It includes GI Protection pipe light grade of size 40 mm dia. with GI strip of size 32X6 mm upto test point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make JMV LPS Ltd/ OBO/ENNOV Infra solutions Pvt. Ltd/ erico /powerbolt including connecting of Strip between two earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: (a) The test result of each set of earthing is less than 1 Ohm. All earthing test will be carried out in presence of MES Rep, manufacturer Rep and test result will be recorded in a register with sign of manufacturer & Engr-in-charge. (b) Earth enhancing compound (PROCEM) ECS GB 25 tested as per IEC 62561-7-25Kg. (c) Chemical earthing will be installed by manufacturer Rep and purchase voucher of earthing will be produced before payment. Payment shall be made only after getting satisfactory result.
