Water Saving Aerator with Maximum flow rate of 3LPM

The Tenderer should be a Manufacturer who must have manufactured, and supplied the water saving Aerators with maximum flow rate of 3LPM similar to the type, size and complexity as specified in the schedule of requirements up to at least 7,60,000Nos in any one of the last three years( i.e (2022-23 to 2025-26) (Necessary supply orders performance certificates and FCRI Test reports are to be enclosed).

The tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative(Dealer)/agent of a Manufacturer meeting with the above requirements in full will also be considered provided:i)The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per the conditions of contract.ii)The tenderer as authorized representative(Dealer) should have supplied satisfactorily at least 2,85,000 Nos of Aerator with maximum flow rate of 3LPM similar to the type,size and complexity specified in the schedule of requirements in any one of the last three financial years (2022-23 to 2025-26) (Necessary supply orders, performance certificate and FCRI Test reports are to be enclosed.

If the Tenderer be a Micro & Small Enterprises who should enclose relevant Certificate issued by Competent Authority, in the absence of which the tenderers will not be considered for further evaluation.If the Tenderer be a Micro & Small Enterprises who must have manufactured and supplied the Aerator with maximum flow rate of 3LPM similar to the type, size and complexity as specified in the schedule of requirements upto at least 3,80,000Nos of Aerator with maximum flow rate 3LPM in any one of the last two financial years (2024-25 to 2025-26) (Necessary supply orders, performance certificate and FCRI test reports are to be enclosed).

The Manufacturer or Dealers Manufacturer should submit relevant valid ISO certificate for Manufacturing of Water Saver Products

The Tenderer (Manufacturer/Dealer) should possess an annual financial turnover of the tender should be Rs.975.65 Lakhs during the last 3preceding financial years (2023-24 to 2025-26).

As per G.O. for Micro & Small Enterprises the an annual financial turnover should be Rs.243.92 Lakhs during the at least 2 preceding financial years (2024-25 to 2025-26).

The tenderer should demonstrate the availability of liquid assets and availability of credit facility of not less than Rs.146.35 Lakhs (Credit line/letter of credit/Certificates from Nationalizes/ scheduled Bank).

The Tenderer shall possess an Assessed Available Tender Capacity (AxN-B) not less than 9,50,000Nos Aerator wih maximum flow rate of 3LPM

The Aerators water flow test should be certified by FCRI at different bar pressure upto 5bar water pressure on the pipeline. The water flow rate shall be ascertained by the consumers at different flow rates of 2LPM, 3LPM 4LMP, 5LPM( litres per minute) at 0.5 to 5Bar pressure. The technology used inside the aerator shall be to adjust the water flow rate to required flow rate at different bar pressure

The washer should be made of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPMD)/ Nitrile butadiene rubber NBR or any equivalent material a type of synthetic Rubber. Relevant certificates to be submitted

Aerator material testing as per IS 9845:1998-Overall Migration of Constituents of Plastics Materials and Articles intended to come in contact with Foodstuffs/ water by NABL Accredited Lab.

Aerator Testing as per IS 9833:2014 for pigments and colourants for use in plastics in contact with foodstuffs, Pharmaceuticals & drinking water. Specific migration of heavy metals by NABL accredited lab.
