Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as specified as directed.

Taking down of existing old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of building security lights/high bay lights of any type and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of LED T/L/Ceilling light/Round light/Bulkhed light of any type and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring for light/Fan/Independant sockets point with 1.50 sqmm (nominal area), FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core multi-stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade,ISI marked controlled by one one-way switch, drawn through and including concealed medium grade PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia, ISI marked, with all accessories(PVC Casing and caping to be done wherever wiring to be run on ceilings and concrete surfaces including one run of 1.5 sqmm FRLS muti stranded copper conductor (Green colour cable) as earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly, including sunk sheet steel terminal box made out of 1.20 mm thick and not less than 60 mm in depth GI/MS/ prssed steel terminal box to be conclead in wall, duly painted with two coates of anti corrosive black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer in and out sides and two coated of aluminium paint on internal surface , including laminated hylum sheet cover, ISI marked of Make" Hylem" for mounting of fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. fixed with galvanised screw and cup washer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wiring to be done as per arroved colour code in IE rule.Rate includes chase cutting for concealed wiring.
